So, this is what I wrote then (almost 2 years ago), and stand by it 150% today.. I had a wonderful experience with ALL American Door. From the minute I walked through the door to inquire about my options, right through the end of installation. Greg took all the time to answer all of my questions and show all options available to me. He also made a point to personally come by after the installation to ensure it was to his satisfaction. He was great. Jeremy also was always there to answer all questions I had and confirmed the install date was right on track. The crew who installed, were extremely professional and worked with nothing but professionalism throughout the whole process. I could not have been treated any better and I am very happy with the new doors. I highly recommend All American Door. O Stars! 11 months and no door. The list of excuses: overheated car, cut hand, irate customers throwing rocks at the supposed door which I don't think was ever made. This company took complete advantage of my parents and had them waiting for a delivery more times than I can count during those 11 months. It took a threat of legal action from my husband (an attorney) to finally get their deposit back (which we haven't yet received but are on top of). In the end it was 11 months of excuses and an utter disregard for their customers. I urge you NOT TO DO BUSINESS with this company. read more

I don't know what happened with this company, but they are NOT like the company I originally did business with. After several months of not hearing from them until I called, I started hearing every excuse under the sun - they had the flu, truck broke down, catalytic converter stolen, hand cut and couldn't work, etc. The excuse that was the "best" - an irate customer threw things at installers and damaged my replacement door that was on the truck. I had a great experience in the beginning! Jeremy showed up promptly for my estimate and was so helpful. He explained to me that they may need to get the quote directly from the manufacturer. Two weeks went by and I followed up again. Was told that they were still waiting on a quote. A month went by and I called the office to be told that the person that works on the quotes had been out on vacation and that someone would get a quote to me ASAP. Where do I start... this joke of a company ran by Greg has left my home with windows that won't open or close properly. Their shotty work is very concerning and I would not want anyone to go through what I went through... and this is why I'm leaving a review. It all started with lies about when we would have our windows delivered. Many months later when they finally arrived there was nothing but problems. All problems they blamed on the manufacture of the windows and never took ownership for. They had to re-do a few windows entirely because the frames are all bent and there are high gaps and the sil is bent in-between the sash and sil (still never fixed they wanted to try a 3x and I said no thank you. We finally settled on a price to get them out of here. Please beware and use any company but this one if you want any new windows or doors. read more

This is easily the most unethical and difficult contractor I've ever worked with in my life. Their owner Greg is nothing but lies and excuses. He blames everything on the manufacturer, and does not take any responsibility for his delays, poor workmanship, or overall lack of experience, installing the products he sells. The process to install windows and sliding doors in our home was supposed to take two months. Nine months later we were still having issues with undelivered product and improperly installed windows. At this point we have written off ever having a resolution to our issues and hope reviews like this will save other people across Southern California from having to go through such a miserable experience. We installed three very large patio doors with Jeremy. He was okay at first but when we had issues with doors due to heavy rains all three rooms with the new doors were flooded. We called Jeremy who came and checked it out. He said the painting wasn't done well which wasn't true as we had it primed and painted very well. He said he would speak to the manufacturer and get back to me but never did. I called Greg and left a message but he didn't return my call either. I tried ordering French doors from Home Depot in February .Paid and told me 3 months to get them. Then they called me & moved up the date to April.Then, they said they were in, and then a week after in May they said they were discontinued to come in & get my money back. I called other door companies then ,All American Door company and told them what I wanted. I was told I could have them in 2 to 3 weeks. Atlantis answered the phone and was so sweet she went through all the specifics of what I wanted & got the exact doors I needed. This is a family run business, and I felt taken care of just as if I were one of their family. I have known Greg the owner for years. He has always come through for our family. New windows, doors, folding doors, barn doors, name it! We have been 100% satisfied with All American Doors customer service, prices, and installation. Gregs installation crew led by David are fantastic! They have been so accommodating and were truly concerned about our satisfaction when it came to the finished product. We had All American install all new interior doors and frames, 6 panel glass barn doors, and closet doors. Finishing the install with new door molding and repairing any damaged drywall was the icing on the cake! The hardware we purchased was also installed in the deal. I wanted to take a minute to thank All American door for everything as they did a fantastic job. They not only delivered excellent customer service but an even better product. We started out with the windows on our project prior to painting and Greg and his team were on time and over delivered. As you can see by the pictures having these windows installed by not just a local company but also a family business that is what made me chose to go with Greg! In addition to the windows which was 18 they also installed a front door and took the time to make sure it was done right. In an older house on a raised foundation not everything is straight so they went above and beyond. Same thing with our back door and they took care of business again and over delivered. The other reason I went with him was it seemed very strange to see a local company expand into Lake Havasu and that caught my attention as my grandfather lives there. I am a contractor and have a client that I am remodeling inside their house. They were needing a closet door, but it needed to be mirrored and it was from the late 1970's. They tried to find one themselves but couldn't find one to match. We priced out new doors of all kinds but it is a very large clost & would of cost them a couple if thousand $$. So I called around & All American Door found a perfect matching mirrored closet door for only a couple of hundred $$. It took them a couple of days for them to find a place that would have the exact frame, but they did. I looked like a hero to my clients and All American Door company did all the research for me to find the right matching door. I was called and was told the progress on how soon I could get it delivered and they were on time plus reasonable with the price. I will use this company from now on. Do not do business with this company. The office manager Alanis is incompetent, On a simple project, she kept changing the prices and would insist that this was the price I was quoted. Even after showing her the quotes (printed copies from her), she would not acknowledge that she had made a mistake. Even when I pointed out that she erroneously stated that someone came out for final measurements, and no such thing had occurred, she was too obstinate to admit she was wrong. Furthermore, she ridiculed the amount of money I was spending (close to $3000), was not as much as other customers spend. So I was therefore not deemed a worthy customer. A complete classless person, and her appearance is also suggestive of her character. I dont know the relationship between her and the owner, but I can say she is rude, insecure, and in my opinion, dishonest. Stay away. There are other door companies out there. read more

I had a very good experience with All American Door. They installed 21 replacement windows and a sliding patio door in my house in December 2018. They were initially recommended by Milgard so I knew they were Milgard certified installers. I got a few quotes and they were just slightly less than another qualified installer who quoted. I got a lower quote from another outfit that I was concerned was not qualified (workmanship matters on a job like this). The crew did neat work and all were personable and easy to get along with. Most of the windows were retrofit, but 4 of the windows were nail-on replacements which required stucco patching. I must say the guy who did the stucco work was an artist. It matches really well, better than I expected. The interior finish work is also nicely done. As I write this review it's a very rainy day with wind-driven rain and the windows are nice and tight - no leaks! read more

He was very nice and took his time answering all my questions. He didn't try to push the sales but was very patient. Installers came and installed the doors. They did a good clean job. Greg and Jeremy were helpful during the ordering process, answering questions and recognizing our needs almost before we expressed them. The crew arrived early on the day of installation--an advance group came in and protected floors and used tarps to cover items in the rooms. When the windows arrived on the truck, that team coordinated placement while others were removing the old windows. Greg was very helpful and up front with the entire process from selection to ordering, from installation to clean-up for replacement windows! The installation crew led by Jeremy was professional, on time, considerate, courteous, respectful, and when they were done --- yes they cleaned up! EXPERIENCE #1: Had 5 doors installed 3 years ago. The threshold going to the garage was not installed properly and needed to be fixed. Numerous phone calls were ignored. I finally fixed it myself. EXPERIENCE #2: Six weeks ago I called regarding broken glass in one of the doors. It took two more phone calls before Greg called me back and said he would get it taken care of. My wife called two more times and I called again after that to get a hold of him. He FINALLY called back and instead of fixing the problem he chose to lecture me. It did not end well. It is obvious customer service is not important to him or following through with any needed repairs on the products he provides. read more
