He was courteous, professional, and was willing to accommodate our preferred dates for installation. He was able to complete the job in a day and half by himself which was super impressive. Immediately he was so welcoming and has a HUGE warehouse full of front doors ( not just doors he is ordering from somewhere else) His price also beat these prices but literally almost HALF.. It was a week before labor day weekend and I really wanted the doors installed before the weekend holiday and he was able to get them installed for me! Another note, after getting the doors installed my kids somehow locked my dogs outside for some time and they scratched our front door pretty bad ... Just to provide some context, we needed to replace 2 sliding doors after purchasing our home. The sliding doors and screen doors were from the original build decades ago and very hard to open/close. I worked with Addy throughout the entire process, and from the initial meeting to the installation day, everything went smoothly. They require 50% deposit once measurements are taken, and it took about a week or so after payment to install the sliding doors. Our sliding door installation needed to be rescheduled to a further date since it was raining on the original date of installation, but Addy was very proactive about communicating that and making sure I had all my questions answered. The day of installation, the installer came, removed the sliding doors, and even was kind enough to help us remove an existing shutter frame that I could not pry off on my own. He worked fast and efficiently, and both sliding doors were installed in 2 hours. The 2 hours included taking off the old sliding doors, putting in the new ones, and making sure everything worked perfectly and looked great. We're extremely satisfied with the installation, pricing, and ongoing communication with Addy and her team. The new doors let in so much more natural light now, and they slide so smoothly and easily. One of the best home investments we've made thus far. 10/10 would recommend Paradise Vinyl Windows & Doors to family and friends looking to replace their sliding doors/windows.

Our installer, Danny Alonzo, was fantastic from start to finish. He has excellent communication skills and gave us a clear, realistic expectation of the time to completion. He was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional the entire time -- I honestly wish every contractor or vendor we use could be as good as Danny! We picked a custom color and the door came out exactly the shade we chose. It's solid, heavy, and makes a huge difference compared to our old door. We had bought and pre-painted our own interior moulding, and Danny installed it perfectly with no issues at all. I'm terrible at making clean silicone joints around moulding, but he did an amazing, professional job on them. He even went above and beyond when he noticed some stucco damage around the front door. He pointed it out to us and patched it beautifully -- way better than I could have done myself, lol! The finished door looks absolutely beautiful. My wife and I weren't 100% sure what to expect, but the quality and the final result made the entire expense completely worth it. The door feels rock-solid and looks incredible. He and his partner arrived early on a Sunday morning and worked nearly 12 hours straight. Not only did he identify the source of the problem, but he also uncovered an additional issue that could have caused more headaches down the road. Throughout the entire process, Sacramento was personable, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about us as people. He helped us arrive at a suitable energy-efficient Simonton models to replace 5 of our windows at a reasonable price. He also measured all the windows to be replaced and promptly provided a written quote. Three of our replacements were for original 30+ year-old single-hung windows which were no longer functional because their balances had failed. The replacement Simonton windows have a better design that obviates the need for such balances, which was of added value to me! The total window order, measured and made to order, was received by JWG within 3 weeks and installed within 1 week. JWG Windows arrived just minutes before the scheduled time for installation. We were fortunate to have a second installation crew (Alex and Ricky) join the first crew (EJ and Cody) during the installation process, which allowed the entire job to be done within 2.5 hours. These two teams operated smoothly together in good spirits, were respectful of our property (using drop cloths in each work area) and cleaned up the work areas. After they were installed, EJ demonstrated the windows' operating features, provided me with the manufacturer's warranty and answered my questions. It was time to replace it with something sturdier and less likely to warp, shrink, fade. I did a lot of research on what materilas would best hold up to the brutal So Cal summers we have. I also had to keep within the Architectural guidelines of our HOA for fences. I found a company in Orange, CA, called SoCal Gates. I established contact with the owner, Ray, who is a really knowledgeable and personable guy to work with. We scheduled an appointment for him to come to our home to show us color samples of the composite material we would choose for him to use in our steel framed gate. Ray arrived, and had us look at the different colored composite samples while he took his measurements. He then went over with us the color choices and which ones would intergrate best with our home's exterior colors, including the tiled roof and front entry door and garage door. He explained how he visualized the gate would look, once mounted. We agreed on the materials and and the price. He mentioned that his installation pricing included the removal of the gate from the cinder block wall it was attached to, but did not include the removal of the old fence post or the haul away fo the old fence. After hiring another fence company to remove the fence post, back fill with concrete and haul away all of the old fence, Ray told he would've done it had I specifically asked him, for an extra charge. In fact, he told me how to remove the old post myself, so that gave me the impression he would prefer to just to install the gate with the old fence gone and the area prepped for his installation. After the HOA approved my gate plan, It only took a few weeks for Ray to build our gate and to schedule a date and time for the installation. On the day of the installation, I watched Ray assemble and install my agte, He is meticulous and thoughtful throughout his installation process. He showed me how to change out the composite planks if I ever needed to, and how to program our electronic lockest. We are very happy with out new sturdy, side gate. I would recommend anyone needing a new steel framed gate with composite planking to contact Ray.

I'm in the middle of a kitchen remodel and I feel grateful when I find excellent, dependable, reliable vendors. Samson Door and Window is at the top of my list. I needed a new kitchen window installed which would require stucco work. Another window company, which didn't have this expertise, recommended Samson. Not only were Andrew and Taft extremely helpful, each coming to my house on two different occasions, answering many e-mails and patiently writing more than one estimate and sending me cad drawings for what was a difficult window decision--but their crew, Jose and Carlos, were also excellent in the execution. The stucco work is flawless and done according to code. Jose did a beautiful install of the window itself. I just found this company as a whole and Andrew and Taft, especially, wonderful to work with and I highly recommend them, not only on this website, but to all my neighbors in our HOA, as well. read more

We recently had bifold doors from AG Milworks installed in by Samsun, Taft, Jose and their team. The doors looks fantastic. They are very professional and clean and left us with a great final product. Taft is very hands on and has a great eye for what would look good in a particular area. We are very glad he talked us into a walnut finish, as we would have never imagined how good they would look. Can't wait for summer to use the bifolds more. Samsun came recommended and I can see why. Great company, great product and even better service. Can't stress how professional everyone is and they stayed late to finish the job before the rain started. Samson Door & Window supplied and installed an amazing 3 panel 8' x 8' trifold door in our home. Andrew in sales was extremely helpful in guiding us through the selection process. They had a door exactly like what we wanted in their office so it was easy to make a decision. Jose (a Master Installer) happened to be there at the time and walked us through the whole installation process (at that time you could tell how detailed he was!) The door arrived on time and Jose and Miguel did an outstanding job of installing and taking care of all the little details that you only seem to notice after they have finished. Taft, Jose, and Gustavo installed a louvered door in the back of my house quickly efficiently and beautifully. When we told him we were not certain about the style of doors for some of the items he urged us to sign the contract to take advantage of the discount and assured us we would be able to update via a change order. Nothing would be ordered until the choices were made and the change order was executed. We have done many remodeling projects over the years and change orders are standard so we had no reason to doubt his assurances. Since then he has overpromised and failed to deliver. Every time we texted or emailed to ask about the change order status he reiterated that it was with the office, everyone was aware, nothing would be ordered and the change order would be sent - tonight, tomorrow, next day...you get the picture. After weeks of waiting for the change order so we could move on the project, we tried to escalate a number of times because based on the reviews we expected better customer service. However, we were told we needed to resolve all the miscommunications and failed follow through with the salesman that had failed to follow through. Imagine our surprise when we got a text that some of the doors were ready for installation. The salesman was shocked as he had told us nothing would be ordered until the change order was signed. In an effort to salvage the project and because we wanted to believe the salesman, we allowed for partial installation. The installation was riddled with additional issues. Wrong hardware, wrong trim, no wood molding around the door. The salesman was apologetic and did not understand why there was a disconnect. After another few weeks of messages, emails and requests to escalate, we finally got confirmation that the salesperson and the director of revenue would come to our home at 2pm on 6/22. They arrived late 30 minutes late (even though my husband had made it clear he was meeting them during his lunch hour) and the director of revenue was defensive and put all blame on the misrepresentations made by their salesman on us. During the meeting the salesman told him that the remaining doors had not been ordered. After that meeting the company STILL had the salesman follow up to ask how we wanted to proceed. He was embarrassed at that point because he was telling us the company would be able to address our concerns and they hung him out to dry. Even though it wasn't our fault, in an effort to put this nightmare behind us and NEVER deal with them again, after a few exchanges with the director of revenue, we agreed to a resolution provided they completed the project by today. No response for over a week until this afternoon when they basically said 'thanks for agreeing to letting us do what we haven't done but keep bending over backwards so we can do it in our terms'. @owner of the company you should step in sooner and not wait for the online reviews to try justifying the experience. For all those that posted 1 star reviews in the last year we should talk about options. Based on your experiences I can tell is not the individual players. It's the company.

If I could give zero stars, I would…read more Hiring Showcase Door & Window was one of the biggest mistakes I made during my home remodel. The owner required 100% payment upfront before any work was performed and promised the installation would take one to two days. Instead, the project turned into an almost six-month nightmare filled with delays, excuses, repeated failed repair attempts, and poor workmanship. The company completely botched the installation of my custom pocket doors with premium NOHA recessed hardware from Belgium. They drilled the doors incorrectly and, instead of replacing them, shaved excessive amounts of wood around the handle openings to hide the mistake. This permanently weakened the doors, caused the wood to bow around the handle area, and left them unsuitable for the hardware they were designed to use. I contacted NOHA in Belgium and held a video conference with their technical department. After reviewing the installation, they confirmed the doors had been bored incorrectly and that the proper solution was to replace the doors--not shave or modify them. Even after replacement NOHA handles were installed, Showcase still couldn't get it right. Several of the replacement handles were actually glued into the doors, even though the manufacturer does not specify or permit the use of glue. As a result, multiple handles have popped out, become loose, or no longer function properly. The most disappointing part was the owner's complete refusal to take responsibility. Even after the manufacturer's findings confirmed the installation was done incorrectly, he refused to stand behind his work or make the situation right. I was left to deal with the damage and pursue a solution on my own. What should have been approximately a $3,000 installation has now left me facing over $18,000 in repair and replacement costs because of their mistakes. That's not just poor workmanship--it's incredibly expensive negligence from a customer standpoint. I paid every dollar they asked for, including additional money they requested after the project began, and in return I was left with damaged custom doors, defective hardware, months of disruption, and thousands of dollars in additional expenses. Based on my experience, I would never hire Showcase Door & Window again. If you're considering using them for custom doors or high-end finish work, I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.

He was honest and unselfish to let me know the damage was rather isolated and a painter could use Bondo to restore the damaged wood and it would save me a lot of money. They also installed a new sliding glass door and two new windows. Both were done with minimal drama. We did have one or two glitches, but the fixes were handled promptly and completely. They did multiple job walks, and everyone showed up when they said they would and worked hard. They cleaned our property up every night before leaving. A special shout out to Roselyn in the office. Jay came by and gave me the quote on a shingles roof to replace the composite tile that was there before and talked me through their expectations for the entire project. Jay was very communicative and accessible throughout the project and they were able to complete the roof in three days with one day reserved for the city inspection. I was also very nervous about the cleanup since I have a toddler at home that likes to play in the yard, but their cleanup was amazing! The approach felt more like selling a specific product than helping me choose what actually made sense for my situation. With another company, the consultation was done over a Zoom meeting. I actually initially thought I would go with them because I really liked the rep I was speaking with and their pricing seemed reasonable. However, I didn't get to see the windows in person, so when I later met with Shawn from Window World and experienced the full in-home demo with actual samples, that made a big difference in helping me feel confident in my decision. From the start, Shawn Smith was friendly, personable, and most importantly--he listened. He gave me options instead of pushing a single product, and was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions in a way that made the decision process much easier. The ordering process was also very smooth and fast from manufacture through installation scheduling. The only delay on my end was HOA approval, since I live in a condo. The installation coordinator, Yolla, was absolutely amazing--honestly one of the sweetest people I've ever worked with during a home project. She kept everything organized and communicated clearly throughout the process. The installers, Pablo and his partner, were efficient, professional, and friendly. There was an issue with the sliding glass door upon delivery--scratches were noticed before installation. I really appreciated that Yolla proactively called me ahead of time rather than bringing it out and discovering it on-site. She immediately arranged a rush replacement order, which I felt was handled very professionally. Overall, everything turned out great. The windows look fantastic, the screens are practically invisible, and I had five windows plus a small sliding glass door installed.
