They have a nice selection of clothes and carefully curated items. I appreciate the variety and can see my wallet hurting if I brought my teen and tweenage girls. Uncharted is a very nice gift store, and larger inside than you expect. There were candles, housewares, cards, clothes, toys, jewelry, candy, men's gifts, and more. It's an updated and more trendy Hallmark store. The staff were very nice, and asked me to join their rewards club. I declined, as this location is a little far for me. This is one of the few stores that has sizes in tops and pants that fit my waist measurements perfectly!! :)) Once I was done trying on everything the same girl who had set aside my things took everything that didn't work out for me and didn't let me carry a thing! They truly value their customers and go above and beyond for customer service, satisfaction, and experience. The atmosphere is very clean and orderly. Everything was racked neatly and in place. There wasn't a sign of anything un-orderly or messy. Oh my gosh and the fitting rooms( in pictures provided) are just to die for. I ended up leaving with the most beautiful set, yet it wasn't just the clothes that had me leaving happy it was also how respectful and kind I was treated. How helpful all the staff were there and how welcomed I felt. All the associate said was " Sometimes our stock online isn't accurate to what's in store." She then confirmed I will be refunded and walked off. She never once offered to try and help me order a new pair online or give me some sort of a discount given the pants were $150. The guy wears glasses, is overweight, short, & balding. He & his other short, bald friend at Lifetime Gym have bulled me several times; OBPD has multiple reports on file about these guys as does Lifetime. They have made my life at the gym a living hell as they have also recruited their other gym friends to bully me. This guy who sells shoes has come up to me at Viola, while I'm having dinner, and continued to harass me outside the gym. I suspect both he and his friends are insecure about their appearance & take it out on someone who is not insecure. I also happen to be bronze and tan, and I suspect racism is at play as well. Being a brain doctor I can say with assurance that his smoking and alcohol addictions, which are on full display at the gym and Viola, have made his frontal lobes less likely to put the breaks on his emotional, limbic brain that likes to lash out when insecurities surface. Does Nordstrom do criminal background checks? Maybe run your background checks annually; you seem to have missed this belligerent, uncouth, bully!!

They had some cute women clothing, pretty conservative but makes sense they are essentially premium basic clothes. I like that ideas because fashion changes but the basics will always be the basics. I came here to bring in my boots. I already owned to get them specially branded as they have a cute custom bar here to bring your boots. It was well staffed on grand opening as expected, and they were very welcoming. This location also has men's and women's boots, clothing and hats. I am so glad that they have finally hit the suburb so that I can have free parking and not fight the traffic to go to their locations previously in the city. On the day of grand opening, they had a few few items that were on sale, but not much. As expected. I am looking forward to some future sales, as well as as when some of the items changed for the seasons. The decor is absolute, incredible and as expected all the seating is super comfortable.
