When the dentist came in, he saw this and apologized immediately and offered me a chair to sit down as I was holding my newborn, and had a injured back. This was majorly because the doctor here, Dr. Hijaz, was having a personal conversation on the clock with a patient or colleague right outside my door for over 45 minutes. The rest of the process previously was slow as well, but I regret not bringing this to everyone's attention and interrupting this unprofessionalism because I was then over and hour late in my return to campus. I have seen them about once a week for 2 months for different procedures; cleanings, fillings, crowns, etc. The staff have been nothing but nice and accommodating. Dr. Ahmed is attentive (quick but sweet) and makes sure you're pain free, comfortable and get as many breaks as you need. I haven't felt this comfortable at the dentist in quite some time.
