During a visit to purchase a transport chair, the person driving an individual I was helping locked her keys in her car. Jeff didn't miss a beat and helped us settle in and be comfortable waiting for a second set of keys to be delivered. Also, he has a transport chair generally in stock which is about $250. Much more sturdy with better wheels and brakes than the type you find at Walgreens and Walmart. It is easier to push over cracks and uneven surfaces in the community and weighs about 20 lbs which is lighter weight than many models of transport chairs. I would definitely recommend Your Mobility of NM to friends, family, and work colleagues.

I ordered a replacement backrest for my rollator, picked the one they said was correct for my specific model. It arrived quickly, but it turned out it didn't fit my walker at all; two inches too short on the ends, with knobs too wide to fit through the corresponding holes in the rollator. This was annoying enough, but the real nonsense started when I tried to return it. Turns out no living human ever answers their phone, their chat bot is a joke, and the link on their Returns page will only dump you onto an error page stating, "Page Not Found". Emailing is useless. I've tried twice and no one has replied to me. So, now I'm stuck with a backrest I can't use and no way to return it. Oh, and the cherry on top: If I ever do get someone to get back to me with return info (not holding my breath for that), I'll be required to pay a 15% restocking fee! Yes, for an item that does not fit because they advertised it incorrectly. Pay attention to all these bad reviews. HME got them the old fashioned way: They EARNED them.

I have 3 pieces of equipment from them. The RT's are amazing, their manager has bent over backwards when transitioning from HME who had already billed Medicare for the month. Sonya was my first point of contact, along with the amazing manager Eric. Bivian has had the most contact with me. My only issue is that my cpap machine has a flaw.....not their fault, replaced it once, but am having the same problem. I did contact Resmed, the manufacturer. Biviane has not had a patient with this problem on this machine, however it has multiple complaints from patients on Mycpap.com. Again this is NOT Rotechs doing..............they have already provided two of the resmed 11. We are between a rock and a hardspot as I just want a machine that doesn't have this problem. Nor sure how we can figure this out as I have had to reply on just oxygen at night. I do feel confident they will do whatever they can to help me. I do NOT understand some of the bad reviews a few have posted......if you want a pure garbage company with antiquated equipment and rude employees who tried to coerce me into unethical private pay for the same month medicare paid.....then look at HME. I had to block the toll free line (India) because they could not understand why I wasn't ordering supplies from them. I spoke with a woman (manager) at the local office, and a man. The woman was rude and gaslighted (gaslit?) my provider because they requested the mask that I use (15 years), and din't check every box. When the man called (also rude) to try to get me to order more supplies and still had my order wrong. Hopefully I'll be able to switch companies (again).

When I went into to exchange it at HME, the guy tried to bully me into paying for the repair because he insisted I must have tipped my machine and gotten water damage. The code the machine was flashing indicated it could have been the blower, the motor, OR water damage. However, I never did anything to my machine that might have caused water damage. In fact, I was sleeping when the stupid thing shut off. HME is terrible. Reddit is full of horror stories about them.
