I went to the salon to get a fill. What a horrible experience. The nail technician cut my finger which caused it to bleed. She didn't even acknowledge that she cut my finger nor put anything on it. I ended up getting a nasty infection and had to go to Urgent care. When I contacted the salon to see about getting the cost of the urgent care bill taken care of she sicked her lawyer on me and offered me a 20$ gift card for the next time I came in. Just what I want is to go back and get another infection. After going back and forth they agreed to give me my money back for the services of the nails. I have been looking a new nail salon in the area, and this one is pretty great. First of all I called just to see if they had availability that day - and they were able to schedule me for a mani/pedi in 15 min! The gentleman that did my mani basically did not speak or look at me (and at times twisted my thumb in kind of an uncomfortable way) but other than that he did a good job with the nails. A different tech completed my pedicure - her name is Jody, and she was very friendly and did a good job. I chose the exfoliative option - which in retrospect was a mistake - if you have ticklish feet I would avoid that, but Jody did a good job and made sure that I was comfortable. All in all it was pricey - for gel mani and gel pedi about 104$ plus tip - but frankly when it is done nicely that's a price worth paying. Anyways, happy to have found this spot! read more

I really wanted to like this place, gave it few tries, from waxing my arms to manicures and pedicures. Tried 3 different persons. An absolute no go for waxing! Wish I had a pic of all the hairs still left on my arm and here's the pics of my chrome manicure that I paid $15 extra for and really wanted to like. I have used the same person and told her she left me with warped gel nails last time, and she couldn't for the life if her do a square shape nor smooth the gel on the nail pad... The owner ( i think) tried to show her how to do it at the expense of my nail length and although I complained nobody tried to remedy the situation. RUN!! Today I witnessed the WORST customer service i've ever seen. A women came in for a scheduled appointment, to fix her gel polish that came off the same day she got them done, and the way she was treated was SO disgusting. A male staff member was literally yelling at her calling her a LIAR repeatedly and putting her down. It was appalling to see. This was the worst nail experience I have ever encountered. The lady that did my nails did not know how to do dip nails she never wiped the residue off my nail before applying the top coat and now there's white powder mixed in with the top coat. At then end while they were drying she was to busy trying to text and hold the cuticle oil bottle at the same time. Are you there to work or text on your phone. This was a place I loved until recently when I had booked two appointments ahead of time and didn't receive a reminder text. I forgot to put it on my calendar so I called to verify my appointment day and time and they told me one thing but it was incorrect info. Then when I called to say I was a fews minutes behind they told me I missed my appointment and I have to pay for what I missed before rescheduling. Why would I have to pay when you told me the wrong info and I got no notification as usual? It's poor customer service so I am bringing my business elsewhere. read more

Everytime I come here, I always have such a hit or miss. When I went today I was told that there would be a 15minute wait, which is totally fine I understand. But that wait turned into 45 minutes. They sat me in the pedicure chair for the 40 mins soaking my feet in cold water. Just to get serviced by someone who seems to be training. I was patient with the whole process. But when it came to the color they told me I would have to wait another 20 minutes?? For $75 I would expect better service. In all I have been "serviced" (waiting) for 2 and a half hours. I arrived at 9:06 and was back in my car by 9:43. I got a fill in for my acrylics and gel polish, and the prices are great ($30 for my visit plus tip). I also needed one of my nails to be rebuilt on the end where it had chipped between visits. This is the first nail salon I've gone to since I moved to Huntsville where I was completely satisfied with my visit and my nails. Well first my mail tech when he was dipping my nails in the dip powder he turned them so sideways it hurt. Then when he was using the cuticle cutters he cut my skin and it almost bleed and it hurt so bad and he was not very nice. Honestly, I thought this place would be very nice reading the reviews. I was looking for a new salon to get my nails done for a wedding while I was in town. I got my nails done there Wednesday and it is now Sunday. And my nails are lifting completely and my shellac polish is turning brown/gray. Not to mention they are COMPLETELY over priced and absolutely rude on how they do things. I did not like the way my nails were done and I told the lady and she told that I was overreacting. I paid $50 for a full set and shellac just to have my nails turn brown and them to lift almost completely off in 4 days. I am so dissapointed at my visit here. I wanted to like this place because they open earlier than my normal place. I walked in 15 minutes after opening and was shown to a pedicure station after about 15 minutes, not bad, but then waited with my feet in the water at least 45 minutes before anyone started on me. She actually had to refill my bowl because the water had gotten cold. After my pedicure I sat down at the station for my manicure. The employee had a horrible attitude the whole time she was doing my nails, jerking my hand around while fussing with another employee. Oh and to top it off even though I had picked my gel color beforehand to match my toes she went and got a different color so they dont match. 2 days later they were already peeling. They did an ok final job but the man filed the gel tips after they're done which makes a ridge to lift off! Keeping the edges sealed is more important to me as the paying customer trying to squeeze out as much time with my gel mani/pedi. They barely scrubbed my feet and I ordered the exfoliating pedi. I watched them burn the heck out of the lady next to me with bags of paraffin wax for her feet and they REUSE the dirty files and had nail chunks in the tool container on my station. The facility was very nice and clean however my experience was horrible. It appeared that only one person knew how to properly complete nails. I asked for ombré I was told that only Nina could help and to come back tomorrow. I didn't have time to come back so I allowed her to do French in which she still destroyed. I also asked for full set and instead she started applying filing powder to my regular nails, I had to continuously reiterate what I wanted several times. I asked for ballerina shaped nails instead she originally gave me squared, so I reiterated ballerina in which turned out to be one hand in that shape and the other in coffin. I had to raise my voice and tell her to stop in get some help, because after 3 hours and repeatedly being ignored is had enough. The worst nail salon i have EVER been to. I really wanted to like this place. I went in on Christmas Eve after leaving another nail salon that no longer could take me in. I appreciated the fact that they took me in and i was the last set of the day. The lady that did my nails was in such a hurry to leave that she cut my nails TOO SHORT! i told her i did not want them short and she got an attitude with me so i told her it was fine. She then asked if i wanted regular polish acrylics or gel and i told her i wanted regular. she then processed to ask 3 more times and saying how gel wont mess up or get dirty and that i wouldnt have to wait and i continued to say no. I very rarely leave a bad review. But this is third time I've had an issue with this salon. I called to make an appointment for 3 PM, and specifically told them I wanted ombré dipped nails. They said no problem, told me to be there at 3 PM. I arrive at 2:58. At 3:28, after waiting 28 minutes past my appointment time, they then tell me that they can't do the ombré dip because only one girl does them, and she's "busy the rest of the day" and that I could come another day. Completely rude and unprofessional. What's the point of making an appointment for a specific service, to wait almost 30 minutes past that time to only be told they can't do the service they made an appointment for. Then a woman came in and one of the nail guys walked over to my wife to get her and when they found out she was there for our granddaughter to get a pedicure they took the other women back instead . She has been going there since they opened ,its where I get gift certificates for her on Holliday's .She has takin our granddaughter there many times before and paid adult prices for her plus tip .
