i ALWAYS go here to get my nails done. ive never had a bad experience (sometimes staff can be a bit short but never rude). i often ask for designs and they always deliver. ive brought multiple friends here as well, and they are always satisfied. vivian does an especially good job. will be coming back! read more

the only thing I would say, is the nail techs especially the females, need to be more patient when dealing with customers, it's not good to rush them, the customer is coming in for a relaxed spa ambience, not to be rush to pick a color and sit down. I've been here a few times & it seems to be hit or miss. I really enjoyed my visit this last time. I only got my toes done & was very relaxed. The nail tech was very kind & respectful of the fact i brought my little one with me. Loved the gel polish choices. read more

Really just okay. Got a gel manicure and pedicure. Pedicure was great. This gel job though? Come on. Uneven and bubbles. The guy doing my manicure(maybe the owner? He was answering phones and assigned people) seemed to be rushing and rubbed my hands with oil for a few seconds for the "massage" portion. Not worth the $32 and its a bummer. read more

Walked in for a manicure, was charged $20 (not terrible), but it barely looks like they did anything to my nails. I don't feel like they were buffed out enough, and my cuticles were not trimmed good either. read more

Owner/manager rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever. I was very disappointed in the service.

This is one of the worst nail salons I have ever been too! They forgot half of the service and when I tried to point it out, all I heard was he doesn't speak English very well. Way overpriced for not the best work. :( I was charged over 100$ for the very basic pedicure and my nails (which were kind of fancy). I don't mind paying good money for nails and they were pretty. BUT, every bit of the service was rushed, the Pedi lasted MAYBE 10 min, the guy who did my nails cut me at least 3 times, and he is definitely not the friendliest. He snapped at me when HE moved the towel under my hands to make my hand slip and messed up the polish. Just not a good experience. Will not be back! read more

Not impressed at all. I've been getting my nails done for 25 years now and this was really one of the worst overlay services I have received. They barely have regular polishes to choose from which will then make the customer go for the gel option which costs 20$ extra. They charge 10$ alone to take the gel polish off. This was one of the most expensive places I have been to. They charge for everything! I don't mind paying if the service is great. I would not recommend. read more

Very disappointed in my service today, Saturday, August 9, 2019. I have been a faithful client of Victoria Nails for over a year. The service has always been great, warm, caring, etc. After today's visit,​ I wonder if the service has been geniue or just concerned about the money. I made an appointment for 1:30 pm for a pedicure and SNS nails with Franklin. Franklin did my SNS nails and when he finished he began to work on another client. I told him that my appointment was also for a pedicure. He told me that he was not told that and that he had other appointments waiting. By the way,​ when I came in for my appointment the same person that made my appointment said, "Are you here for SNS and pedicure with Franklin?". Anyway, Franklin asked if I am okay with someone else doing my pedicure. I told him that would be okay. When he finished my pedicure I looked at it and asked him if he was sure he was finished because I had polish all over my cuticles​, my toenails​ had been cut different ways, and my cuticles​ were half cut. I told him that it looked messy. His reply to me was, "Well your toes are uneven." I told him it looked awful and to please take the polish off. He took off the polish and the first two pictures are what my toes looked like. I then told him that I was not paying for the awful job that he did and he told me yes I was and my total was $76.00. Franklin then came up to me and asked, "Did you tell him how you wanted them"? Then he asked me, "What is it you want him to do"? I told him I wanted a decent pedicure. Franklin then told me to sit down and someone else would fix it. The second picture is how he fixed it. Yes, I left bleeding. Franklin had nothing to say and no apology was ever given. Very disappointed with Victoria nails. They do not go by their menu of services. What is the point of having one when you don't get everything listed. Yet they still expect you to pay for it. The guy had no clue what he was doing. And then wanted to argue about the pedicure that was requested. Very unprofessional. read more

Went in for a full set and a pedicure. They kept burning me, even when I asked multiple times to not put the SMOKING towel on my legs because it was hotter than I could handle then when it came to care for my feet, they were so rough and ended up making 2 toes on each foot bleed by RIPPING off skin. Now one of my toes has an infection to the point half of the nail has fallen off. I have NEVER had any issues with my feet before this. To top it off, the full set I wanted did have some design but it was a few little white flowers, something simple. It kept being messed up and after me asking multiple times for it to be fixed, they left white smudges under the flowers and said it was "just the design". The nails were crooked and I was told it was just my fingers. Funny how my fingers were straight before going in. Will not ever be going back. Charged me $170 to rip up my feet and damage my nails. read more

Used to enjoy going to this Nail Salon. Now it is entirely different. Made an appointment for today with a named nail tech. After waiting 30 minutes spoke to nail tech who was working on another customer and she had not been informed of her appointments. Other than her, current manager and others could not understand what I was saying. At this time tech cannot converse with client no one in the salon understands English. Too much loud constant Vietnamese spoken in the salon so no longer peaceful. Last time a customer came in and wanted 2 $50 gift certificates. They could not understand her - kept asking her if she wanted pedicure or nails done today. I had to explain what she wanted after speaking to current manager (who did not understand her) and 2 nail techs before the customer got what she wanted. Customers saying they won't come back until Franklin (the manager) returns from Vietnam in late October. The current manager doesn't even know how to set up customers for gel pedicures and evidently does not know how appointments should be set up. Too bad this has happened to the best (service & cleanliness) salon in the Winchester Rd area read more
