Every time I call they are there no matter what I need even if I should need to ask about where something is in the area they are there to help. The maintenance team (uwe and john) are amazing. If I should have a maintenance issue during regular hours they are there that same day and it is fixed. I did have a broken pipe under my sink happen on a Sunday afternoon, I called the after hours emergency maintenance number I was given at move in and they called back within 15 minutes and were at my apartment 1 hour later (amazing right!!) and they fixed my sink so I could continue on with my day, that was huge to me, you just don't find that kind of customer service anymore more. The apartments are not worth the price for AC units full of mold and nobody wanted to clean it, rotting wood with fresh paint over it and unfinished dry wall with a mirror to cover the giant hole. They will try and get any bit of money from you they can and will send it off to collections if you dont pay. They will breach the contract as well, saying no security deposit will be refunded but the lease stated other wise and also enter your apartments with no warning at all. Horrible place and it seems elon can't find any good ppl to run this place stay away from Elon property's.

I moved out for several ongoing issues that were never resolved.Persistent electrical problems in…read morethe unit, including a light switch that had to be taped in a fixed position because moving it would trip the breakers.When I first brought it up, maint came out several times to attempt to fix it.When it created a large spark, the maint man finally said it wasnt something he was capable of & called the electrician.When the electrician came, he asked me very seriously if I knew who had tried to fix it because it was a miracle it hadnt caught fire YET.There was a hot water issue in the hall bathroom. Despite reporting it, the problem was never fixed.My kids were often unable to fill the tub a 1/4 of the way, & water continued to leak from the handles.I had the same issue in the master bath when I first moved in & it took several attempts to have the issue halfway fixed.The master shower was left with damaged tile that wasnt sealed properly.There are serious water leaks/issues fairly regularly that they have to shut water off for the entire complex for hours.The shared laundry room was also a significant concern, roaches crawling in & out of the washers, & the room was broken into & left unlocked, & trashed on multiple occasions, raising serious sanitation & safety concerns.Another major issue was the pool area.After previously notifying management of mold growing in the pool, problems continued. There is a light on the side of the pool that is free-floating, which I was told was too expensive to fix.Over the summer, the pool area was frequently taken over by people who were rude & aggressive.My girl's toys were stolen by grown men, & when I intervened to retrieve them, I was met with hostility. On several occasions, I was yelled at and treated disrespectfully--always in front of my four daughters-- when I refused to allow others access or declined to share my code. Due to these experiences, I no longer felt comfortable using the pool.Within 2 wks of moving in my kids bikes were stolen from the porch.Residents bring their dogs out off leash and just don't clean up after them.Access to the office has been extremely difficult.The office has not consistently been open during posted hours, especially recently.When residents are required to come in person to obtain new access codes, this creates a significant barrier. I leave for work between 730 & 745am, work until 630pm, & dont come home until about 730pm after getting my kids, making office access nearly impossible.

They fooled me with a unit that was being "refurbished" so I thought it would look better when move in date came. On move in date only thing that was changed is the carpet was removed and the dirty walls were painted over. Maintenance was terrible. My dryer was slightly broken and it took two months and eventually it to break for them to come fix it. There are a lot of hidden fees that you don't know inform you on when you sign. You pay a pest control fee but pest control only comes once every 3 weeks. The apartment is infested with roaches. They will complain about window units and stuff being stored on the balcony but will have broken washer and dryers outside in the breezeway for months at a time. Bottom line Coastline claims it's a luxury apartment but in reality it's closer to section 8 housing. Stay away
