I was to have two links removed for one pair of earrings-one earring would have a sing diamond, and the other would have two diamonds. The jeweler understood this and quoted me a price $180. Approximately 5 days later I returned with the bracelet, briefly discussed what I wanted again and semi legible notes were scribbled on the receipt tag. I tried to call the number on the card because $120 was on the pick/up receipt but the number was disconnected-i wasn't sure if this was a mistake or discounted price. I returned two days later to retrieve my bracelet and earring only to find that only the single link with the missing diamond was made into an earring. The jeweler did state that he remembered discussing originally the two earrings, but that that had been previous to bringing in the bracelet. And to have the other link removed and the bracelet put. back together again it would be another $180. Im very unhappy with the service provided.
