It took nearly 1H to get our 3 drinks and our food. We went on a Sunday morning, 10AM, we were the only customers when we got there. We ordered 3 drinks and food. It took 30 minutes to get the food, and because they had forgotten one of the item, that needed to be cooked, I had to wait another 20 minutes. The drinks did not come fast either but because we ordered their specialty drinks, I can understand it takes time to prep. Staff is nice, but quite frankly I would have appreciated a "sorry about the wait/for messing up your order" and they could have warned us about food time prep. Either way, for us it was the last time we were taking food here.

The açaí bowl was perfect--the texture was great, the fruit was fresh, and we really liked how they used roasted nuts instead of granola. That was a surprisingly nice touch. The coffee was okay. It didn't have a very strong coffee flavor and didn't feel particularly bold. The employees were really nice and answered all of our questions (we asked a lot). The inside of Mystic Coffee was really cool. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the decorations were very unique. We'll definitely check out this place again when we're in the area. I came here after a beach day with my family as we were craving something sweet and refreshing. Since it was on the way home, it was an easy decision to stop by here. Parking is super easy as this is located in a parking lot with plenty of spaces. We got two of the bingsus-- strawberry mango and the earl grey boba tea snow. Both were so good and catered to different palates. I really loved the earl grey one because it came with lychee jelly which was an expected but pleasant surprise. The mango strawberry is a classic and it did not disappoint. The inside was clean and the staff was super nice. They also had cakes here and some specialty Asian desserts. A great spot for dessert in Hollywood!

Paid cash since minimum credit card use is a $5.00 minimum - which is posted. Sat in the lounge and sipped my hot coffee. They offer beautiful pastries and freshly made empanadas or choripan sandwiches. One interesting item was the cooler full of separately wrapped big 16" frozen pizzas to grab and take home. They had the nitro tank and all. Today's coffee was from Guatemala and Indonesia. We had an amazing "tres leche" cold coffee, served with some sugar, which for me was the perfect amount, and sprinkled nutmeg on top. So flavorful, and hits the spot. We also had a hibiscus, lime mixed, with jalapeño, YES, jalapeño. This drink was not only beautiful, but also delicious. Served cold and so refreshing. I could taste and smell the aroma of the hibiscus while I enjoyed the spicy jalapeño. Was so gooooood.
