Other features include an area to post business cards/messages, a pay it forward board, board games and wifi. The guy working behind the counter was pleasant and knowledgeable about their coffee offering which comes from Homestead Coffee Roasters of Upper Black Eddy. Their drink menu consists of hot/cold coffee, tea, lattes, and espresso based drinks. I tried the drip coffee and would highly recommend it. It is a private label version of Homesteads Darkness - dark & bold with notes of rich, smokey chocolate. I enjoyed the dark roast, rich chocolate and its bold full body. The cortado and espresso I had were ok. I found them to be a little too bitter, but there was a strong roasted earthiness flavor that I liked. On a return trip I'll have to try their Vietnamese coffee. Food wise I've had the sausage egg and cheese on a bagel and a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel. They are simple and decent sized with simple folded egg patties and cheddar cheese on average bagels. The sausage had a little spicy kick and the bacon was pretty tasty (NOTE: they do offer pork roll as an option). I was given some hot sauce packets to go. You can also get sandwiches on a croissant. The rest of the menu is simple - toasts, sandwiches, salads, some items for the kids. They do sell their private label coffee beans in retail bags and will grind them for you. I'll stop in again if I'm in the area. The coffee and ambiance is great, the food is ok to good, service great and the idea of a non profit that supports community is commendable. Thanks!!

Such a unique and large space with seating on both sides (1 side is a coffee bar and the other is the kitchen). Their menu is so unique and they also have a "test kitchen" menu where they'll have creations from the kitchen that they make and if they're popular enough they make the big menu. Such a great concept. Their menu has so many delicious sounding items but I decided since it was my first time to try "staples" which was a sandwich and soup combo. The cheddar broccoli soup was spectacular! The flavor and heartiness won me over. I tried the pear and gouda panini as my 1/2 sandwich which was also quite tasty. Oh and my iced raspberry cheesecake cappuccino was my favorite! Soooooo dreamy. And the customer service was great too. The cashier was super patient with me as I took forever to review the menu and decide on what I wanted. I will definitely be back even though it isn't close to my home which says something. So happy I discovered this place.

The panini was nice and crisp on the outside and the turkey with melted Brie was really good. However, I never heard the end of it from my family. Well, my turkey and Brie was delicious.

The avocado toast here doesn't just come with a side of pretension, it comes with a full dissertation on the spiritual journey of the avocado from tree to plate, and here's where this bougie fever dream takes a turn into the Twilight Zone: I ordered a latte and it came with a complimentary spritz bottle of hair spray. Not as a mistake. Not as a prank. As if the barista thought, "You know what this oat milk cortado needs? A little Aqua Net for volume." I'm talking actual aerosol hair product, like they confused the espresso machine with a salon chair. The truly maddening part? The hair spray latte was genuinely delicious. It was like discovering your car runs better on maple syrup. So naturally, I returned, desperate to recreate this bizarre caffeinated styling experience, only to receive lattes so aggressively sweet they could put a hummingbird in a diabetic coma and tragically, hair spray-free. Apparently, achieving the perfect balance of espresso and Aussie Scrunch Spray is an art form that cannot be replicated.
