    Zarani Murgh (very good!)
    Jerry P.

Bombay Feast was delivered to our door for dinner last night, and I found myself both delighted and puzzled. My wife ordered her standard Butter Chicken, which in our house is as dependable as sunrise. Their version was delicious, touched by an unusual sweetness I had never encountered in the dish before. It was different in a way that made me smile. What made me frown was the portion. Seven small slices of chicken thigh floating in the sauce. Seven. That was all. There were so few of them that counting was easy. The taste was worthy of praise but the serving was too stingy for the price. I ordered Zarani Murgh because the description on the menu was spelled so badly that it seemed like a secret invitation written only for me. Due to my own ignorance, I expected a curry. What I received was grilled chicken, onions, carrots, and cabbage, seasoned with care and cooked with confidence. It was excellent, and this time there was plenty of chicken to go around. The naan was naan, no more and no less. The rice that came along was notably small in size, as if measured with a teaspoon. I would not make an issue of it if the rest of the meal had been more generous, but it made the lack of balance more noticeable. The food here is undeniably tasty. The prices are higher than average, and the Butter Chicken's portion size in particular did not earn its cost. Even with an eight dollar coupon the math did not quite add up. I believe in quality over quantity, but this equation felt off. I will try Bombay Feast again. Perhaps dining in will bring the experience into better focus. For now, I call it very good food that does not yet replace the Indian restaurants we usually frequent.

I've lived in this area for years and can't believe I only just discovered this hidden gem! The menu is incredibly extensive -- from Indian street food and Indo-Chinese favorites to a wide variety of classic curries, they truly have something for everyone. Their paratha selection is impressive, with plenty of options and even the ability to customize flavors and fillings to your liking. If you're craving authentic Bombay-style Indian food, this place is a must-visit. And let me say this clearly -- if you don't try the vada pav here, you're seriously missing out! With such a diverse paratha menu, it's also an ideal brunch spot. Add to that a massive selection of appetizers, a BYOB policy, and a great vibe for hanging out with friends, and you've got the perfect place to unwind. What I tried: * Khasta Kachori * Vada Pav * Aloo Gobi Paneer Spring Onion Jalapeño Paratha * Aloo Tikki Chaat * Butter Masala Dosa * Chicken Tikka * Tandoori Chicken * Rava Sada Dosa * Paneer Chilli * Paneer Tikka * Chilli Chicken Main Course: * Chicken Vindaloo * Tandoori Roti * Garlic Naan * Paneer Tikka Masala Desserts: * Gajar ka Halwa * Rasmalai Overall, highly recommend !

I had such an amazing experience at Bombay Feast Paratha House. The service was excellent and everything was just perfect. The food was absolutely delicious. I will visit again with family. Highly recommend.

Attentive service; casual ambience; vegetarian menu (although I'm given to understand that they will be adding meat items to the menu shortly) The platters are no longer available and a buffet add is on the cards. The maki roti was a little hard and the one at Kesar perhaps a lot more flavorful. The paratha was an excellent. The 8$ price for a single paratha however may be on the pricey side. The menu perhaps has to be revisited to make it more enticing to come back.

Another great option for Indian food and Hamilton. However, be warned that although DoorDash shows they have non-vegetarian options, it appears to be incorrect and Bombay Feast is vegetarian only. For example, I ordered the dinner platter which DoorDash described as "Shish kabab, two pieces of chicken tikka, and one piece of tandoori chicken." That is not what it was but was still very good.

The food was delicious! They serve vegetarian and vegan food. Flavor bombs throughout all of the shared plates we ordered. It's hard to pick a favorite between the peach salad, falafel, pizza and corn. Lots of free parking and they have a very cool event schedule. They have an amazing outdoor space that is perfect on a nice day. Lots of room for kids to play and they even had a ping pong table! Something to note is that I didn't realize this was not part of the New Hope/Lambertville part of town. It was about 20 minutes further out towards Point Pleasant where many go tubing! The restaurant, bar and outdoor are accessible to all, but if you have a problem with stairs, that is the only way to get to the upstairs space. I do have one suggestion. There were no vegan/vegetarian protein sources. Seitan, tofu and soya would be great additions and helpful to those looking for a higher protein option like me. Definitely a unique spot to check out if you get the chance. I hope to return again for some of their other cool events!

Abby Hoffman of Yippie fame was an organizer, frequently hanging out here and speaking his form of political enlightenment. That was then. Now, little has changed in the early 18th Century riverside village far north of New Hope and Lumberville that feels like Middle Earth from Lord of the Rings. The bar is still in the basement. The backyard is still a peaceful glade for sipping cocktails or beer and listening to guitar or banjo chords and softly harmonic voices. Their website calls those days, "a simpler time," but I disagree. In fact, those days were complicated times as the community attempted to decide the future of Bucks and the ageless value of the natural flow of water. Demonstrations up and down the pristine Delaware were loud and at times destructive. Even back to Revolutionary times, the local patriots challenged the powers that be by word and deed, while others were loyal to the crown and spied on the rest or thieved horses to sell to the British. No. Those were the "times that tried men's souls." Hardly, simple. Nonetheless, the current incarnation of this tavern does possess the spiritual focus of Jack Kerouac, the author of Dharma Bums, On the Road and other highly influential books in my life. For that, I am grateful. My visit last weekend had me wondering why I hadn't been back in decades. The soulfulness mixed so well with local history, and but for the narrow paved roads and power lines, it could just as easily have been 1776 as 2026. The perfect place to celebrate and reflect on the 250th Anniversary of this inspirational country. Last night, the cocktails were well stirred and shaken. My Tamarind Margarita (without salt) was crisp with a pleasant tart kick. The Elote Corn Bite delicious and satisfying. The companionship of a dear friend, heartwarming. The live soundtrack from the local musicians, very well strung and sung. This may well become the best experience of 2026. Five Magical Stars for the perfect place to celebrate and contemplate America's 250th.

Eggplant Parm day! :D" but sadly, there was no eggplant parm, or a myriad of the other sides I had come to know when coming here. So, turns out they completely neutered the menu selection they previously had as well as their offerings in favor of opening up a small cafe upstairs with some sparse offerings. They still "technically" have the meal platter but it just comes with rice and two sides (at the same price)... a stark difference to the "full meal" options they used to have that often came with a main, at least 3-4 sides, soup, and salad. I... honestly have no idea why they would choose to do this, because it completely ruins the charm and what this place kind of stood for but.... The chaos, however, was entirely self-inflicted: eight opinionated adults staring at a menu where everything looked good is a recipe for collective disaster. Our server, bless him, stepped in like a professional mediator and steered us toward some solid choices. The food arrived hot and largely delivered on its promise. Largely. The Poori Aloo, while perfectly edible, lacked a certain - as our Punjabi taste buds put it, rather bluntly: the oomph. The Amritsari Kulcha, meanwhile, seems to have had a bit of an identity crisis - it showed up tasting like an Aloo Parantha. For anyone who's had the real deal in Amritsar, this one may prompt a moment of reflection. Everything else, however, was genuinely enjoyable and the menu is a vegetarian's dream come true. Minor culinary debates aside, it's absolutely worth a visit.
