We arrived around 6 pm without a reso (oops!) they had a big bus tour coming in so looked like we were going to be out of luck but they offered take out, which was fair and kind! We soon realized that the co owner was taking care of us in this family run business. She was great at answering all of our questions and being SO attentive to our little girl. We started with the hummus and smoked salmon and it was incredible! Amazing flavor and all made from Scratch. For our mains we all shared the tuna poke and the braised brissket. Both dishes were some of the best we've had, ever but definitely the best meal of our time in Newfoundland. We also tried the Newfoundland martini made with NF tea and it was so good (and pretty too!) and all very fair priced too! The restaurant also has an inn which looked very nice as well.
