I went on vacation afterwards, but when I returned, the grass was high and clearly untouched for weeks. I called them and spoke to an agent who was polite and helpful. She told me there was a system error that lost all their new customer information in the beginning of the month. She apologized and said that I would receive a lawn cut the next day with no extra charges. However, they still did not come the next day. I called in again and spoke to a different agent (I believe her name was Lauren?) who was the complete opposite of the first agent I spoke to - very rude and unprofessional. She gave a lot of attitude from the start of our conversation and when I tried to explain my situation to her, she kept interrupting me. She assumed that I wanted a one time cut when I just wanted to be back on their weekly list, but she seemed to be too busy not listening to understand what I was trying to say. Finally, she told me to speak to her manager. She told me she'd put me on hold while she went to get him/her, but hung up on me instead. I called back a couple of minutes later. She continued to argue with me, even started raising her voice at me, and finally told me that they cannot provide any more service. I highly do not recommend Four D Landscaping. Like I wrote in the beginning, they seem to be unreliable and unprofessional.

Prior experience has taught us you can not just go and prune a large tree any old way unless you plan to remove it later. Jim Dublar came over, reviewed our property and made suggestions for the pruning. We received a well written estimate, with some options to save money. We accepted the estimate and 1 week later the work has been completed. They did a Beautiful job, nice polite crew, and great clean up. Jim came with the crew to begin the project, and returned to review the work with us when it was complete. The price was reasonable, the service was terrific. I will use them again and will recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.
