UNRELIABLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL…read more I requested a weekly lawn cut and received my first cut. I went on vacation afterwards, but when I returned, the grass was high and clearly untouched for weeks. I called them and spoke to an agent who was polite and helpful. She told me there was a system error that lost all their new customer information in the beginning of the month. She apologized and said that I would receive a lawn cut the next day with no extra charges. However, they still did not come the next day. I called in again and spoke to a different agent (I believe her name was Lauren?) who was the complete opposite of the first agent I spoke to - very rude and unprofessional. She gave a lot of attitude from the start of our conversation and when I tried to explain my situation to her, she kept interrupting me. She assumed that I wanted a one time cut when I just wanted to be back on their weekly list, but she seemed to be too busy not listening to understand what I was trying to say. Finally, she told me to speak to her manager. She told me she'd put me on hold while she went to get him/her, but hung up on me instead. I called back a couple of minutes later. She continued to argue with me, even started raising her voice at me, and finally told me that they cannot provide any more service. I highly do not recommend Four D Landscaping. Like I wrote in the beginning, they seem to be unreliable and unprofessional.
