Called Rocky the same day for a windshield repair, and he said he had availability the next morning. Next morning comes and Aren was very communicative about when he would arrive, keeping us updated with his ETA. He parked in the garage and set to work repairing the cracks and afterwards, sealing it. Total time was probably half an hour to an hour, and in the meanwhile he answered all our questions, and even offered us some tostada style chips covered in churro seasoning. The repair was finished in no time, and he was very honest about what it would look like and if it would disappear (spoiler alert: was a bad hit so it won't be invisible unfortunately) It was fine to me. I appreciated the repair and timeliness, and also good value. Thanks Aren!

DON'T recommend this place at all. I have a small little…read morechip (less than 2mm) on my windshield, but it's still there!!- SAME SIZE AND SHAPE after Rocky repaired. He's been telling me that the scar cannot be removed and you will still see it. What is the point to fix it then? He charged me $145 for one small little chip ( including his travel fee) when he doesn't even have a shop anyway. I told him that I am not happy about the results, but HE SAID HE IS SO HAPPY ABOUT IT. HE WAS SATISFIED WITH HIS WORK. I guess He doesn't care about the customers, but only his feelings. He offered me to clean windows with special tools, but you will be disappointed. Totally NOT WORTH IT. I just got ripped off. I have to look for another repair shop for sure.

Woke up Saturday morning to see i had a busted side window…read more I called a bunch of auto glass places local to the SFV who were booked up for the day, or couldn't source the glass for my car (an older model) until a later date. Finally landed on Rodriguez auto glass, and he told me he'd scour around to see if he could source the specific glass part needed for my replacement and call me back. He was able to locate the part, and went out to retrieve it after I made a small security deposit. After he got it, I made my way over, pulled into his garage, and they started getting to work before I even spoke. they were able to replace the glass in less than 30 minutes, and even did the detailing/cleanup to remove glass fragments from my car. The total for everything came up to an extremely reasonable $175. Mind you this was a same day appointment with lightning fast service, and on a Saturday at that. My mind is still blown at how easy he resolved my situation. He was also extremely friendly. Heaven forbid I ever get a busted window again, but if I do, I know who to call.
