That place is terrible. Firs thing, there boss is lied about time frame. I give him my window regulator four weeks ago, price for repair was $200. First of all hi want full payment up front. I refused. I ask him when it's going to be foxy I pay immediately. Hi told me tomorrow will be ready, but suddenly after 4 weeks. Horrible experience, stay away from these guys. They don't vaccum the broken window pieces out when they replace them. The window on the right passenger side doesn't fit well. Told me if I wanted it done same day, $100 extra. I recommend the one by the PULPO across the street they have much better prices, and a way better team able to accomadate you. I reached out to 6 different repair shops, these were the first to get back to me and cheapest. We're visiting from the Bay Area and somebody broke into my car during dinner time in Old Pasadena. Took my car here about a year ago to have my dead power window repaired. Jonathan talks a good game, but the guys he has working on the cars are sloppy. I could hear them stripping screws on my door panel, which never did go on again properly. And they repaired my power window only to have it sliding up and down crooked in the track. At that point I was about 150 dollars in, only to have Jonathan offer me the favor of paying another 120 or some outlandish number to fix the problem his guys *created*. Gave up at that point and went to J&N down the road, where my window was properly fixed. I cannot recommend this place. read more
