The only thing I had an issue with was how long it took. He has a small crew but if you're not in a hurry and you have patience he does a fantastic job. They removed our grass and leveled the area which was very uneven due to our septic settling. They replaced all the sprinklers added drip. They added decomposed granite to an area and built a flagstone and DG walkway. We have acreage and they laid over 3,000 square feet of grass! They also laid gopher wire under the sod.
