Although her place needs a little paint job to give a more comforting feeling when one walks in but overall she's very professional and clean. As far as my eyebrows, they did look very thick and scary the first week after getting them done then I did notice they were a little patchy about a week after healing but a simple call and trip back for a quick touch up was all they needed to look as great as they do! I do recommend those that are thinking to get work done to not be afraid of being picky and letting her knowing exactly what you want and like. She is very understanding! Definitely worth it :)

Although we were told there would be a 15-minute wait, I ended up sitting in the chair for an hour before my pedicure began, as the staff chose to start on my sister's service first. My sister waited about 20 minutes to start, but her experience was just as disappointing; she was left sitting for 25 minutes after her treatment before someone finally came to remove the paraffin wax. My own service was handled just as poorly. The owner started on my nails, but abandoned me mid-service because a new customer walked in and she wanted to take that client instead. I was handed off to another technician who spent the entire time making personal phone calls. To make matters worse, she began filing my nails *after* the shellac had already been applied, which left pieces of polish missing from the tips. When I explained that the service was not properly finished and I did not expect to be there this long, the owner still expected me to pay $70 for the job. My sister's experience was equally bad. She paid $75 for a pedicure performed by an untrained staff member who didn't know how to properly handle the paraffin wax or provide a massage, and the polish on her toes is already separating. Overall, the pricing is not consistent with the quality of service. From the poor cuticle and callus work to the clear priority of chasing new money over finishing existing work, it was an unprofessional experience. I will not be returning. I wish it was a better experience because the people were genuinely nice but I am paying for service after all.

When I followed up with the vendor, the follow-up text stated "Yes I explained I ran out of touch up spots...please contact groupon for a refund." Vendor has a 48-hour cancellation policy that says you will be charged if you don't notify of cancellation two days in advance. Apparently, that same professionalism/courtesy doesn't apply to his clientele with a less than 1/2 day notice.

I thought, it will fade anyway if it doesn't look great, then it would fade away in a few months. And the teacher was going to be coaching the student on how to do it so no big deal. Well here I am 3 years later with a bluish color to my overly done, unsemetrical brows. The tails are too long on each side and one side is longer than the other. The top corners are not done well either as one corner is pointy a the other round. Never again will I step into that place. I'm finally getting them removed by a known expert.
