Holly was over two hours late to my scheduled appointment. She was not responding to phone calls or texts from myself or her assistant. After arriving over two hours late, which in turn made me over an hour late for bridal shots, made me rush into the ceremony and ultimately ruined the entire day due to having to push back the timeline so significantly. She finally responded saying that she had car trouble and had to get an UBER. She did not have the tact enough to call or explain herself and was refusing to answer her phone. She was unapologetic upon arrival and offered nothing to say. Her one text that explained her car situation is when she offered me a discount.... which she only took off $25 dollars off the $225 price tag, after being over two hours late, and in turn made me over an hour late and ruined my wedding day. I…read morewent to this salon on November 15, 2023 trying to save some money and booked with a level 1 stylist fresh out of cosmetology school. I deeply regret that decision. I asked for simple curtain bangs and the stylist completely butchered the right side of my hair. She told me she was fresh out of cosmetology school and it honestly showed. The cut was uneven, choppy, and way shorter than I asked for. It was so bad that I have been self conscious about my hair ever since. What makes it worse is that my hair has never been the same. I take very good care of my hair and it used to grow evenly and healthy. Three years later and that section still has not grown back properly. I have had to style around it constantly and it has been extremely frustrating. I trusted this salon and left feeling upset and embarrassed. If you care about your hair at all, I would strongly reconsider booking with a level 1 stylist here. Saving money is not worth dealing with damage that lasts for years.
