had an incredibly frustrating visit with my sister. While the staff were nice, the experience was disorganized and lacked basic professionalism. Although we were told there would be a 15-minute wait, I ended up sitting in the chair for an hour before my pedicure began, as the staff chose to start on my sister's service first. My sister waited about 20 minutes to start, but her experience was just as disappointing; she was left sitting for 25 minutes after her treatment before someone finally came to remove the paraffin wax. My own service was handled just as poorly. The owner started on my nails, but abandoned me mid-service because a new customer walked in and she wanted to take that client instead. I was handed off to another technician who spent the entire time making personal phone calls. To make matters worse, she began filing my nails *after* the shellac had already been applied, which left pieces of polish missing from the tips. When I explained that the service was not properly finished and I did not expect to be there this long, the owner still expected me to pay $70 for the job. My sister's experience was equally bad. She paid $75 for a pedicure performed by an untrained staff member who didn't know how to properly handle the paraffin wax or provide a massage, and the polish on her toes is already separating. Overall, the pricing is not consistent with the quality of service. From the poor cuticle and callus work to the clear priority of chasing new money over finishing existing work, it was an unprofessional experience. I will not be returning. I wish it was a better experience because the people were genuinely nice but I am paying for service after all. read more

She asked if I would remove the review but yelp doesn't let you without one of the their reasons selected and I wasn't offered any type of discount or anything so it wouldn't let me remove it. I called and made an appointment at 6:30pm for a pedicure on 3/12/2026, the person said that was the time I would be seen because she has another appointment at 6pm, I booked it and arrived 10 minutes early. I sat there until 8pm and was never taken care of because the salon was too busy. At 8:15, a woman was finally able to start my pedicure but didn't know how to perform the service. I ended up leaving in tears because this was exhausting and disappointing to experience. Why schedule an appointment if you're not going to honor the time slot or plan accordingly? WOW! I am so happy with my service! I was very shy about coming but my lady was so nice and made me feel so welcomed that I felt fine! She absolutely understood everything I wanted and delivered more than what I expected! I didn't expect to be this happy with all my nails! I feel so new. My husband who sent me here was also pleased with how I came back home and will now be sending me here more thanks to her! this color is also a holographic greyish pink, it's just so cool! Today I received a classic mani + pedi w/ shellac and absolutely loved it. The salon is really clean, they play good music, and the service was superb. I did not have to wait at all and they do take walk-ins. I'll definitely be returning thanks to the awesome job the gentleman did on my nails :) P.S. They also do waxing and microblading. read more

The service was good. I didn't get any kind of massage on my legs for my pedicure but my toes looked good and the gel polish has lasted. I got a full set on my hands and unfortunately two nails had already popped of the way press on nails do only 11 days after and at least 3 additional lifted. I don't wash dishes and work in an office so not sure what the issue is with the nails. Because of this I won't return but I did have a positive customer service experience just don't like paying what I did for it not to last read more

Really nice overall aesthetic, clean salon, and friendly staff. Very attentive to detail. For my pedi, I selected the milk and honey option. It was great. Highly recommend! My nails were badly damaged from acrylics done by a different salon out of town. I requested a basic manicure to remove 3 week old gel polish so I could give them a break. My tech was very gentle and meticulous about getting my nails to the best condition possible while they get healthy again. He also recommended a nail strengthening product for me to get & showed me the bottle so I could take a photo to reference later. This is a really great salon. I did have a good experience when I went to get my nails done. I made an appointment with the owner to get eyebrow waxing a few days later When I walked into their waxing area, I was surprised to see how they kept it. I asked the tech, are you going to change the paper cover. There was hair on it and I was their first customer. Floor was dirty. I know, I know ..I should have left What I noticed both times that I went in, the owner acts like she doesn't want to tend to customers. Will I return, not anymore. read more
