I have very thick hair, and I don't think my stylist had much experience working with my hair type. When I left, my hair had several large knots, sections with uneven amounts of hairspray, and some areas were so crunchy that I couldn't even brush through them. By the time I got home, I ended up redoing my entire head myself, including brushing out all the tangles, which caused a lot of hair to be pulled out. The conversation and customer service were great, and I genuinely appreciated how nice my stylist was. I just wish the styling itself had been better, especially for the price. I hope this location continues to provide training for different hair textures and thicknesses so future clients have a better experience.

I showed up for my daughter's scheduled appointment and the stylist canceled on me on the spot when I arrived at her home. Thankfully, I was given this salons number by the personal trainer and took a chance at booking a same day appointment. By the grace of God, Joyez Salon had an appointment so I took it. We met Crystal White and she did an amazing job oh my daughters hair. She did 2 Dutch braids with the mermaid hair we had purchased for her braids. So loving and professional and very kind!
