The assistant manager in particular was very nice and gave me a lot of advice about my glasses from picking out the new ones to sending my old ones out for remaking. I don't get it. Why is the office staff not trained well enough to handle a simple rescheduling issue? When I dealt with my contact issues, I had to wait for a call back and it took 2 days! I had to keep calling and asking for an update. I really do like the place and my last exam, Dr. H was so nice and helpful. I just think service needs to be worked on.

It's a small local shop with a part time optometrist, and they usually have only one or two people working in the store (both named Michael). It can be helpful to call ahead to make an appointment.
