Excellent experience here. Other than a few short wait times while I was picking out glasses because they were very busy, the Dr and staff were very kind and helpful. The assistant manager in particular was very nice and gave me a lot of advice about my glasses from picking out the new ones to sending my old ones out for remaking. She even gave me a discount on the frames for pretty much no reason other than that my insurance didn't cover them until next year. Wish I'd caught her name so I could give her more credit for that. For a simple rescheduling issue, I can't be helped until a certain person in the office returns. This was the same thing that happened when I tried to get my contacts and had to wait for her to place the order? I don't get it. Why is the office staff not trained well enough to handle a simple rescheduling issue? When I dealt with my contact issues, I had to wait for a call back and it took 2 days! The person who answered the phone told me they could adjust my glasses since I had my eye exam there but when I showed up, I was told they only adjust glasses bought there. Then they said they would do it but the woman at this office was so snooty. She made it clear to me that I was an idiot, that I had made a mistake getting my glasses on line rather than from them. Lots of people get glasses online now, they cost less than half and have many more interesting frame choices. Will not be returning though the doctor was nice. read more

I have to call several times to try to get in contact with the one employee who can order contact lenses for my sons. I still haven't ordered them. I called three times in the last five days. The magic contact lens person has called me back once. I was driving with three kids in the car, so I may have lost my chance to get my kids contacts. I just recently got mass health and went into this establishment to look at the glasses. It was the only establishment where I was not allowed to look at the glasses. Instead a curt woman decided which glasses I could try on. I simply wanted to look at the trays that were available to me and choose which glasses to try on. I found a pair I liked and I asked her for the model number because I wanted to check other opticians selections. She told me she could not do that. The staff here is very unwelcoming, unprofessional and rude. My eyes were hurting real bad and I needed an urgent replacement for my glasses. I had a recent prescription and stopped by to ask for a quote. The lady we spoke with was reluctant to talk to us even though it was 40 minutes before closing time. She made every effort to point out petty reasons to send us away. She had this, 'I don't care' air around her. She first asked me if I had my insurance details on me. I did so she had to move on to the next thing. She asked if I had the prescription. I had a copy on my phone and showed it to her. She said she found it hard to read the prescription from the phone and will need a printout before she can talk to me. (This place probably has a printer, no?) Even on my phone all she had to do was zoom in to see the prescription clearly. She was clearly pretending to not be able to read so that she can make it look like she sent me away because of a genuine reason. The irony is that a person who fixes vision for a living claimed she could not read my prescription! This place does not need customers. read more

Firstly, I had to call multiple times over the course of a week to get an appointment. No one was ever able to schedule one for me only one specific lady could?? What? When the day came I was running late due to traffic so I called the office to let them know I'll be 5 minutes late. After I rushed there, I was greeted by a rude receptionists giving me attitude about how I didn't call before coming in, every time I tried to get a word it she would cut me off even though I called 5 minuets prior. You'd think they would want me to come in ASAP if I was running late. Lastly, the manager was incredibly rude to me because I was not interested in buying any of the glasses she showed me and insinuated that I wasted her time. New patient experience: Arrived early - office staff appreciative, easy check in process, short wait time, quickly seen by provider, he was pleasant and quick. I think I was in the chair 10 minutes max... Now the not so nice part -- Office Manager was abrasive, when I inquired about a particular brand of eye wear she became 'offset', indicating they have comparable brands made by the same manufacturer... later to find out she means CHINA! I beg to differ, they are made in Holland. She left 2 novice helpers to assist me with a new pair of glasses, Carlos (I believe is his name was pleasant and listened to me, what I liked, why I don't like), the female newbie needs lots of interpersonal lessons. I would not suggest saying "if you don't try these glasses on I can't help you". Actually you can't pick a random pair of glasses which are not appealing and be offended when I say "no thank you". All I wanted to do was to leave with my script and find another place to look for glasses. What I did get out of this interaction, they are selling glasses from CHINA and the upcharge is not worth the value and/or service. Nice doc, not the best staff when the appointment is over. Just started going to Eyes on Worcester this year. They are Easy to find and have plenty of parking in their lot. I had an eye exam from Dr. Faucet and just picked up my new pair of glasses. Sam was a huge help and spent plenty of time with me helping me pick out a pair of glasses. Office staff was also very pleasant. Quick and attentive is what I've got to say about this place! So I woke up with pain in my eyes one morning and thought I could tough it out. By mid afternoon I couldn't bear it anymore and decided to give this place a call. They were able to squeeze me in that day before the office closed. As soon as I walked through the doors, I was greeted by the front staff and given some paper work to fill out. Shortly after I was taken in by Dr. Feucht who was very knowledgable, kind and personable. At the end of it all he spent his time explaining to me what happened and gave me some meds which helped me feel better in no time. Very happy camper! Will be back again! read more

Coming in as a new patient after a 13 year run with my prior optometrist, I was hoping my decision and expectations were worth it, and they were! The office staff were incredibly friendly and the optometrist I saw listened and took the time to ensure me that my desire to wear contacts everyday, all day, is obtainable and he would keep trying until I found the perfect most comfortable pair. I left with a trial pair of contacts that fit better than any other I've tried with my prior optometrist over the past 8 years of trying contacts, and this is just ONE of the trial pairs he has in store for me. I am thrilled with this new office and my decision to branch out and try a new eye dr! It was easy booking an appointment. Easy to park. Receptionist in the front desk was very friendly when I checked in and doctor was nice. I feel the eye exam was quick. When it came time for me to pick out frames it was uncomfortable. The women kept telling me what looked good on me or not. She wouldn't let me pick out or try glasses myself. She said that's what I get with mass health insurance. I told her what my frames looked like before and she told me I was lying because she's been working there 9 years and she knows what they offer. Extremely rude and she made me feel like I just needed to choose frames and leave. She kept looking at her watch saying this is all we have. I will never come here again. If I could give negative stars-I would. My actual Dr. visit in May was fine. The Dr. was nice and professional, and the actual staff that greets you is nice and smiling. But I have some serious issues with Samantha-the Optician who fits you for your eyewear. Mind you, in RI, I was an optician for 6 years at an extremely reputable office. I moved to MA, had a family, and haven't had to have a full time job (I consider myself very fortunate that I get to be with my children as much as I do). The only reason i have MassHealth is because my ex owes me so much in unpaid child support-that my children and I get free health coverage. I also consider myself lucky to an extent with that as well. But after the way I was treated today-I will NOT be coming back nor will I ever recommend this office. Samantha (I believe that's her name)-was extremely condescending when talking to me. She showed me crappy frames because she made the assumption I couldn't afford anything else. She actually tried selling me welfare frames. I thought-she's got to be joking. Everything I picked out she rolled her eyes, and had a comment. And when I was taking my time looking at the frames she kept picking things out I hated and telling me-"well you don't have any options. Are you gonna get them?" I felt like I wasn't in love with anything and wanted to keep looking but she wouldn't even let me. Do you think I can't afford the Gucci? Do you think I'm worthless because I have MassHealth? And when i was asking questions about the anti-reflective coating, I mentioned Crizal. She had the nerve to ask, in the most condescending tone ever, if I was reading about lenses online. Want to know what? She said that they don't even use high end brands of the coating, they use stuff from their own lab. People! They are duping you into thinking you are getting the best of the best-and you're not! She omits vital information, tries to come off like her shit doesn't stink. And when I told her I did what she currently does for a job for an extended amount of time-she actually chuckled. I asked her to check my pupillary distance on the glasses I received upon first visit (she MADE me get the free ones through insurance although I didn't want to.) The reason I wanted her to check was because I was born with Strabismus and my eyes have different PD's and i felt my eye was being pulled inward. (Which i know happens when people just shoot the difference on the PD.) Again, she rolled her eyes, put the PD reader up to my face wrong I may add-it wasn't even sitting on the bridge of my nose. Then she had the gall to lie to my face and say the PD was the same as it was in my chart in May. I know for a fact that it's not because I had to go someplace else to get a new left Lens because the PD was off. That woman is not only a liar-but I don't trust in her abilities as an optician. I don't care who you are, what insurance you have, or how many questions you have-everyone deserves to be treated with respect. I was willing to drop $800 or more on my glasses because you only get one set of eyes in your lifetime-and I only get glasses every 3-4 years depending on how much my RX may change. She belittled me, talked down to me, was condescending, and I felt pressured to buy something because she was rushing me stating "other people were waiting. " I just called to cancel my order-and I definitely plan on saying something to the doctors. She's actually full of shit and I feel bad for anyone who purchases anything from her. read more
