At this point I requested a refund in which they tried to argue with me about it. I did eventually have a refund processed and I am now waiting for that to go back to my account. The driver didn't arrive at my location until two hours later. Furthermore, they had been given clear instructions that they only had to tow the car to the dealership, but the tow truck driver tried to start my vehicle and activated the E-Brake, and now my vehicle is immobilized.
