Was driving in a parking lot maybe 5 miles per hour- the glass popped (that's the sound I heard) nothing remotely nearby to cause the windshield to crack. Stop by Seneco Glass as they did the original install. No one there to assess. Call them the next day- Rick says send me pics -did so, can't determine from pics - "bring in I'm here all the time" Text him- will you be there tomorrow? - his response "yup". Bring the car by (mind you, this is a 25 minute drive each time) Guess what? Rick not there all day. The lady says I'll have someone come out to your home and look at it- Okay, great. The guy does show and determines it's a stress crack and covered by warranty. Wonderful. Make an appointment to bring car in and have glass repaired. (Again, taking time away from work, also having another person follow me to bring me back home). Well guess who is there when I drop car off?- the elusive Rick- looks at glass and says-(I'll let you guess) that's right- Ricks says- "that's not a stress crack. It's not covered!" What a joke of a company. Anyway- buyer beware.

First appt on Monday the glass tech from Accurate did not have proper molding, reset appt for Thursday, glass tech never showed up. Dealership was very apologetic and even tried calling glass company on my behalf. Accurate glass dropped ball twice, I drove 45 minutes one way twice! I am a salesman at this dealership and do plan on discouraging anyone from using Accurate Glass.

I live in…read moreStreetsboro and will gladly drive the 35 minute drive to Coventry to utilize their services. They saw me today despite an extremely busy schedule. They squeaked me in for a drivers door window that had been opened and stocked down on the inside of the door. They had it quickly taken apart and discovered that the "Regulator" had gone bad. The regulator is the motor that drives your window up and down if you have electric windows. The next problem that we encountered was that none of the suppliers they work with had one available. I really wanted my car fixed today due to my busy schedule. The idea came up to call the local Chevy dealer up the street. They had one in stock. The next problem was that they couldn't ship it until this evening. I stepped up and said if accurate auto glass was willing to fix my window today I would run out there to the Chevy dealer myself and pick up the part. They said no one has ever offered that before. We will honor that. So I immediately left and drove 5 miles to the dealership, got the part, and quickly returned. As soon as I handed off the part they took my keys from me and pulled my car into the bay. Literally 20 minutes later it was complete. The tech who worked on it was JON. He was a super friendly high energy guy who even took me back to the shop at my request, and taught me all about the regulator, how it works, showed me the old one, and all the points of failure when they have problems. I have a new understanding now of how electric car windows work. The owners name is John painter. John came out and spoke with me at length. He was a super nice guy and clearly has a gift for connecting with people. I am a Christian, so is he and he shared his Christian testimony with me, which I thought was absolutely awesome! The girls at the front desk were super nice, chatty, and clearly enjoyed their job and only want to make the customers feel comfortable. I cannot say enough about this place. And when everything was said and done the cost was exceedingly reasonable. I had no problem with the price that I paid. If you need your windshield fixed or replaced, or you have a problem with your electric windows, accurate auto glass is the place to go. I know I will be going there for any future issues with any of my vehicles. Thanks for taking such great care of me today, guys! I'm a fan.

They used after market parts and junk yard parts on my car. They said they would warranty all the…read moreparts and labor. All the parts have gone bad. Ball joints went bad, cv axle, mirror, strut, control arm.and wheel bearing. The first time they did the wheel bearing they installed it in backwards. They put a mirror on the car that was bad and made use find out what they broke before they would replace the mirror. They forgot to tighten the the bolts on the control arm which I Hade to pay someone else to fix. Hade to pay Honda to tell me what Gerber messed up to get them to install it correctly. The paint is rusting and they looked at it again said they would fix it and every thing that is broken with oem parts. Then when it was time to bring it in to get fixed they said they changed their mind they aren't fixing it now. They are lairs and do very bad work. Save your self the nightmare of going to them. I have my attorney getting ahold of them, he hade my paperwork from when the accident happened. Hoping my attorney can help me get out of the mess this place has but me in. Plus the lady at the desk always has an attitude when you call them. Never again hope this helps everyone that thinks about going to them make the correct choice before ending up in my shoes. Sad every part they replaced went bad so fast not just one part every part they used. If it wasn't because of them installing it wrong or using junk yard parts it went bad because of how cheap the parts where that they used maybe all the parts came from junk yard kinda seems that way to me .plus that kind of work can kill someone. You will have the phone hung up on you, you will have your car held for ransom, I promise you will not leave satisfied with their work or their customer service.
