Magic (Tragic) Bubbles was the worst company I have ever dealt with in the Palm Beach area of Florida. Yes,"Tragic" is the word I would use to describe this situation.Susan,who manages the office and answers the phone was rude, and would not allow me to speak with the owner who she said made all the decisions.Apparently they must do enough business to warrant this response. I tried to relate my frustration to her as the chemicals used to clean our roof killed over $800-$1000.00 worth of landscaping around the perimeter of our house.(See pics). We lost too many plants and shrubs to mention here. I don't write this negative post lightly as I have a business in New Jersey and know how critical good vs.bad reviews are and how they effect a company's reputation and the importance of good customer service as their website claims.Their response to the damage through their negligent actions has been even worse. I am not the only one who has had this same issue after reading other reviews of this company. The look on our landscapers face was one of shock and disbelief as we are trying to figure out where to start to remove and replace the shrubs and plants.What I don't get is why they just didn't cover the landscaping with tarps knowing how potent the chemicals are. I asked Susan about this when I called to complain and her answer to me...."Well, you knew we were using chemicals and it it is in our contract." Whaaaaat???We tried to negotiate a fair settlement with this matter, at the very least, refund our monies, but Susan hung up on us. They refunded us $100.00. I assume that was their idea of a fair restitution. The company claims the washing removes mold, dirt and debris but wasn't counting on all the landscaping as well. The only "Magic" here was watching our landscape disappear. Potential customers may want to weigh these factors when considering their service,

The sealant for our driveway actually made it look worse. Then i asked for supervisor the rude woman answering phone said she cannot give out that info. I find that odd.

We had our home cleaned by Magic Bubbles and about a month later, after we finally got some rain, we noticed that our gutters were never washed out after they cleaned the roof and the chemicals they used ate holes through the aluminum... I came home and found a part of my front gutter was leaking on to my grass and it had turned the grass brown where it was landing. (It only took a few hours for it to turn it brown) I looked up and saw massive discoloration and corrosion on my aluminum gutters. Since having the service done the month before and the chemicals they used to clean the roof were never washed out of the gutters afterwards, then not having any rain for over a month to wash them away naturally, the chemicals just just sat there corroding the aluminum. So that day when it finally rained, it began to seep through. I took photos and video and immediately contacted the company via email and voicemail and send the pictures that I took. I received a response email the next day that the technician must not have cleaned the gutters like they were supposed to and that the pictures didn't look like corrosion but mold. And that someone would be out on Monday to clean them. When the technicians came out, they cleaned the gutters and even agreed that they were damaged. They took pictures and sent them to someone in the office. We were told that someone would be calling us. Having not herd from them for three days, I emailed them again to asked someone to contact me. They responded that day and denied ALL responsibility and said that there was no way their services caused the corrosion and that it must have been from "build up" in the gutters and suggested I call a handyman to patch the holes. We responded to that email with more questions for clarification that their chemicals could "never" cause corrosion to aluminum if not washed out properly, despite what we found through multiple outlets that not cleaning the chemicals throughly would most definitely cause the aluminum to corrode. They still denied all responsibility and told us it was on us. You think that if a customer made this sort of accusation, that the owner, or at the very least the manager, would have contacted me, and or come out and assess the damages themselves. But they did not. They sent out a couple of technicians. And then basically told us, through an email, not even a phone call, that it wasn't their fault. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY!

Update: no refund issued 5 days later after I refused to take down my review. The basic blackmail was appalling. I offered to amend it as they were giving me a portion back but I still paid HUNDREDS of dollars for a job very mediocrely done and I have every right to review a subpar job. I will not be posting again in its original form. DO NOT USE THEM. While the house does look a bit better, there are still numerous dirt spots that i was able to take off myself with a wipe. There was damage to our landscaping as well. We paid extra to have gates cleaned and they still are covered in markings I was told they would easily remove. To note, these are not rust stains. They ruined the paint on our front door, the chemical completely stripping the color and leaving discolored sPlash marks. We had to have our painter come back this morning and fix this. I reported this immediately and got a response after this review which I did agree to amend but not remove. They told me they would only refund me for the badly damaged door if I took down the review. Horrific customer dealings. Again, DO NOT USE.

Magic Bubbles did a fantastic job on my roof. I as a but concerned because I have a lot of exotic plants and rare succulents around my house that are too big to move. I asked the guy who came to clean to be careful and he was. Great gob.

The two issues I have with this business are related to their pricing model and their overall attitude toward their customers. They will not disclose a price breakdown. Their "membership" is a set price. If you change the frequency of cleanings or items being cleaned, they will adjust the price by a small increment. However, they won't tell you how the price was obtained or what that item was worth. I changed the roof cleaning from once a year to once every two years. There was no refund to what I was paying monthly prior to my decision and I was told the monthly price was reduced by $10. That would imply that the cost of cleaning the roof is $120. However, that isn't the case. When I called and politely requested a breakdown, they would not do it. They were simply happy to have me cancel my service. I will also tell you that you need to hold their hands throughout the service. The technicians weren't knowledgeable. I told them that they needed to cover my copper coach lights which they did. However not well, so their chemicals destroyed the finish. I would recommend that you do your due diligence before signing an agreement with them.

I understand you sign a "waver" saying basically they can destroy your landscape and anything else and can not be held reliable. Lost well over $1000.00 worth of pants and bushes. DO NOT CONTRACT this COMPANY to clean your roof or house unless you are there to hose EVERTHING OFF! I can not be more clear on this! We sent an email letting them know and also included picture and have not received ANY FEEDBACK AT ALL to day - it's been weeks. Pay the extra money and have it pressure cleaned! You get what you pay for... LESSON LEARNED!!!
