Thought I would try the Galleria location as I had some clothes to return at Belk's as well. Making appointments was fast and efficient as I was familiar with the process having only done it the week prior. Got there early for appointment and they took my vehicle immediately. Staff was friendly, waiting room comfortable with chairs, table, and phone charging station. Actually a much nicer customer waiting area than the Oxmoor location. Only disappointing thing I encountered was the restroom. They really needed to be cleaned and floors mopped. I would recommend this location due to the more comfortable waiting area, but both locations were friendly and efficient.

Technician was very friendly and professional. He did a great job. For me it's worth the wait to take the vehicle to the Safelite location and let them do it in the shop. It's a better operating environment for the techs and you get better consistency and quality control. The last time I had the windshield replaced I paid the same price and I didn't get new moldings, I don't remember who did that, but it was a mobile service. The only thing I wasn't happy about was the $40 old glass recycle fee. But with the service including the side trim moldings, it more than made up for it.

I saw on their website that they have a special on Mondays, which is 50% off a Hot Wax & Shine. I went to try them out around 12:15 this afternoon (FYI it's Monday). When I pulled up, I told the lady I wanted the Hot Wax & Shine. She said it would be $20. I showed her the website that shows 50% off on Mondays. She said, "Ohhhh...if you don't say anything, I don't know." Ummmm...the special is on your employer's website in a couple places. If someone says they want the Hot & Wax and it's Monday, that should prompt you to charge $10. Next, was the car wash. It's the one where your car goes through it, but at the end, they hand dry it. I went through the car wash and the guy hand dried it. Well, there were still soap suds on my car and my car was still dirty. Like, I could have gotten a hose and sprayed it with water for the same outcome I got after taking it to this car wash. I'm kicking myself because I had a guy come to my home and he did an AWESOME job cleaning/detailing the interior of my car. He offered to hand wash my car, but I declined. I should have let him! My first impression will be my last impression. I will not go back and I do not recommend them.
