I was a little skeptical to go here but i needed a last minute trim. There were only 2 people working at the time and there was a line but i decided to wait since it was Friday afternoon and I'm sure all other places were packed! Helen is the best! I have zero anxiety sitting in her chair. Her cut is perfection and when she bleached my hair it was soft and shiny after. I have been going to edwin for almost 12 years now and I'm supper picky with my hair. I freakn love him. He does an amazing job and people always want to know who cuts my hair. I have tried other hair stylist and I've learned they damage your hair so you have to go back for more. When I started going to edwin my hair grew faster and longer. This place is horrible! My daughter went there for an updo for a special occasion and they didn't listen to what she wanted she was so upset to the point of tears and they were only concerned about getting paid! They made no attempt to try to fix her hair. She and I redid her hair at home. I would never suggest this place again! read more

With respect, I do not see where the 5 stars for this business came from. I came here after SuperCuts had a 45 min wait. The ladies were very friendly and honestly the hair cut is not horrible, however that is where the positive in this review ends. The stylist did not clean the clippers she simply wiped them with a semi clean rag. I thought to myself ok that's not too bad and I really needed a haircut. I should have got up and politely declined their business at that point. The haircut proceeded and at a point a small hair was in my eye, as i started rubbing my eye with my fingers she proceeded to grab the towel (which she had placed on the counter that had the previous customers hair shavings on it) and proceeds to start rubbing my face with it thinking she was in some way helping. I should have got up and walked out at that point but the haircut was almost finished and I knew at that point I needed to let everyone know to avoid this place. These are unsafe practices and I hope this leads to a review of their license in regards to cleanliness. read more
