Terrible service. Long story short grease smeared in 3 areas of my carpet from putting new rollers on my slider door. Got angry when I asked him to wear a mask. Got angry when I pointed out the grease and he said it wasn't his problem and walked out without finishing the job. Then he saluted me and said enjoy your free job. The professionals at Prescott Glass & Mirror handled the entire process in a timely and accurate manner, secured the factory original windshield, worked with the insurance company and even called one of the shop's personnel to come in on their day off to work me in to a tight schedule. My husband dropped off a frame for replacement glass and somehow something happened to the frame. We were told that they then sent it out for repair/replacement at a local frame shop. Took longer than expected but they backed their work and had to replace with a custom frame. All I can say is great customer service guys!! We will be back for any of our glass needs. read more

Would not recommend! Our windows did not arrive on time. Phone calls were not returned, only after one successful call were we scheduled for installation. Installers were late even though they gave an hour window for arrival. No call. Installers were in a big hurry. Caulk is all over the front of our home. They left a mess inside, caulk on the carpet, etc. They were supposed to locate rollers for windows and did not, don't think they even tried. Acted like they didn't know what we were talking about. Even the painters who came in behind were appalled at the workmanship. Do NOT recommend! read more

50 years ago, Prescott Glass & Mirror installed double pane windows in my house, which has large windows, with a 360 degree view of the Forrest, now 50 years later not one window has had to be replaced. in addition, I use PGM for all my commercial buildings window needs and the service is outstanding. For example at one of my businesses, the Pine Cone, they installed glass in the creek side dinning 15 years ago, they take the glass down in summer, and put it back up in the window so that customers can enjoy the cool air coming from Granite Creek. Then, I want to say, they have also installed mirrors in my various buildings to add a special effect, and not one has broken. I find that they also show up on time, get the work done, and not once in over 50 years of using their services have I had to call them back. They use only quality products and the business is managed my the owner, Mr. Scott Dandos. You will "have to go a ways" to find anyone more honest and friendly than Scott. I tried the auto glass repair or replace company on TV. Did not have the correct work order to replace my windshield then said they couldn't do it for another three days. I called Adventure Auto Glass at 9:00 Monday morning and they had a new windshield installed by 4:00 same day. Great work and great customer service. They are my new best friends. I called several other windshield repair places first and they had an attitude. I was cautioned about when scheduling work around the house or things in general about real time vs Prescott time.
