I was a bit nervous about the Hyperbaric chamber but Christine was with me the whole time and walked me through every step and 40 minutes later I felt AMAZING! Despite making multiple attempts to reach the office and leaving voicemails, I have not received a response or any meaningful follow-up. I understand that offices can get busy, but after repeated attempts over such a long period of time, the lack of communication is incredibly frustrating. I would have been happy to resolve this directly with the office, but simply getting in contact with someone has proven unnecessarily difficult. Unfortunately, based on the communication and customer service I have experienced, I cannot recommend this office.
