Originally had pizza from here on Mother's Day of this year and because I was hosting total forgot to write a review cause I hosted. But that day we had the BBQ chicken pizza and the supreme. Both very very tasty. Tonight we grabbed The Margarita, cheesy bread and some BBQ wings. The smell of the basil coming from the Za is amazing! Wings were not overly sauced which I really appreciate and they didn't skimped on the cheesy for the bread. Also picked up a two liter of soda and some cookies before we left. I parked in front of Magic Mike Pizza and walked to liquor store and when I came out an employee (male) put a note on my car windshield wiper saying "No Happy Ending Parking" Then I noticed a massage business next door to the left. WTH! Who does that? If there is an issue regarding that then take it up with the City and City Council and don't assume anything. When I pulled it off my windshield the male employee knew I read it and I was going to walk in yet just was pissed and decided to leave. You are not parking enforcement nor can you put anything on my car. About 9:20p, I showed up to this Cypress location. I made the mistake of placing an order at the wrong Magic Mike's Pizza in Westminster (I'm sorry West Minster location). This spot closes at 9:30p‍... I was ready to take the trek. But Paul and Maddie were too awesome. So that I wouldn't have to drive to the other location, Paul insisted they make my order since I was already there. Maddie emphasized it would take the same amount of time to make it then it would to drive there. They hooked it up in 15 minutes and it was probably one of the best pizzas I've ever had. I have been coming inconsistently for the past few years and I asked for a veggie pizza for the first time about a month ago and asked if they had artichoke hearts, they said yes but left out that they didn't come on it I would have to order it extra so it came without. Tonight I call and sweetly try and explain to make sure that they were aware I was asking for a vegetarian pizza and add the extra veggies for whatever cost. I was told they would put extra. I received the pizza and it seriously looks like picked apart one slice of artichoke heart and tried to spread the pieces around. The pizza also lacked flavor and didn't taste any garlic either. Was threatened by the shift supervisor. That's right. I called asking why he couldn't give me the triple pepperoni I asked for (and said to charge me for) I've done this many times. Instead... I got this on the receipt. I called and asked why he could not just update me like every other manager. He wanted me to come down there and threatened me. This happened at 5:20 pm July 18 th. He refused to let me talk to the boss (Ban Hesse, BTW) and wouldn't give me the bosses name or number. Grubhub was awesome and helped me out. I refused the refund from Grubhub. It wasn't their fault. So after this review, Paul J (presenting himself as an employee) thinks it's funny that a shift supervisor (possibly him) was threatening me. Th hot wings were sooooo good! I don't like how at a lot of pizza spots the wings are dry and small. These wings were big and so juicy. I can't wait to try their others flavors of wings. I placed a order through the app SLICE and they sent it to the other location(Westminster). So when I showed up to pick up my order here(Cypress) they said they didn't have a pick up order for me under my name. They called the other location and said it was there. Both locations said they couldn't not give me a refund because I ordered it through SLICE. You would think they are the same company they would accommodate me with my order. Which was a medium pizza and some fries. They told me they could remake my order but I would have to pay for it again. The owner was training new employees and I saw his patience and understanding while he did so.. he also took the time to have a quality conversation with me.. 2nd, the food was delicious!!
