As a breakfast lover, the morning glory was the perfect pizza! So many delicious and rich flavors in every bite! There is a lot of parking in their lot. Service was quick and very friendly. I visited on the day of South Korea's first World Cup match, so I understand the restaurant was likely experiencing an unusually high volume of orders. However, the way online orders were handled left me extremely frustrated. I placed my order online around 11:00 AM for a scheduled pickup time of 6:30 PM, giving the restaurant more than enough notice. When I arrived, there was already a large crowd waiting for orders, many of whom appeared to have also ordered online or by phone. When it was finally my turn at the counter, an employee asked for my phone number to locate my order. After that, she disappeared and never returned with an update. I stood there awkwardly for about 10 minutes while another employee continued helping customers behind me. Eventually, I had to interrupt and ask someone to check on my order status. A few minutes later, I was informed that they had only just started making my order. I sat down and waited. Forty minutes later, I went back up to ask for another update. After another trip to the kitchen, I was told they were still working on it. Roughly 10 minutes after that, my food finally came out nearly 50 minutes after my scheduled pickup time. What made the experience even more frustrating was watching customers who checked in after me repeatedly ask about their orders and receive their food before I did. It created the impression that the only way to get your order noticed was to continually go up and ask about it. If customers place online orders hours in advance for a specific pickup time, there should be some system in place to prioritize and organize those orders accordingly. Instead, the process felt completely disorganized. There was little communication, no transparency regarding wait times, and no visible effort from management to address the overwhelming number of orders or keep customers informed. I understand that busy nights happen, especially during major events. What disappointed me wasn't the volume of business. It was the lack of organization and communication. Waiting nearly an hour past my scheduled pickup time for an order placed seven and a half hours in advance is simply unacceptable. read more

My family and I came here for a casual lunch and really enjoyed it! There aren't enough Korean-style pizzas in the area, and as a lover of sweet potato pizza, I'm so happy Korea Town Pizza exists. For the 5 of us, we ordered onion rings, shrimp jambalaya pasta, golden potato pizza, and Hawaiian pizza. The onion rings were piping hot and fresh, and I thought the pasta was just mid. However, both pizzas were really good! My favorite was the golden potato since it comes with the gold crust. They definitely didn't skimp on the toppings and I love that they provide sweet pickles as well (very Korean style). There were two flavors that I was interested in so I got a large pizza with both of them! Half of it was golden potato and the other half was golden bulgogi. The mozzarella had potential, if they were hotter then they could've been good, the wedges were pretty good, good temperature and seasoned well. The best part of the sampler were the wings, well sauced and great temperature and flavor. I would pass on the sampler in the future and just get the wings. The pizza was very well constructed. It came out hot, had a good crunch to it, no flop, and a good amount of toppings. I would definitely recommend the pizza here. Overall, the staff was friendly, ambiance is nice and modern with music. Went on a Thursday night with some friends and we didn't have to wait! For 3 people we ordered 3 pizzas, surf & turf (medium), bulgogi (small), and golden potato (small). The size was perfect for 3 people and we ended up having some leftovers. As for the flavors, it's good but kinda heavy for me and everything started tasting the same. They crust is all sweet potato stuffed which was a nice surprise! The surf & turf was probably my favorite, followed by the golden potato and then the bulgogi. I liked that the surf & turf has two proteins and the potato on the golden potato was nice and Smokey. I also realized that the toppings are stuffed underneath the top layer of cheese so they kind of start to spill out if it's too much. The crust was nice but wish it was a bit crispier. The dough is dense but light if that makes sense and had a nice texture. Their garlic sauce on the side was a great addition though! I think I'd come back if I was in the area but wouldn't drive for it. Service was so nice though and the vibes inside are really chill. Chicken Alfredo - flavor is very light, good amount of sauce. Wouldn't get again. It's like the Kogi Truck for pizza- it's very good, but doesn't replace the original. In other words if you want a taco or pizza you still go to your normal spot, but if you want a tasty Korean take on tacos or pizza you can go to the Kogi truck or in this case the Ktown Pizza Co. We ordered take out after seeing a social media post and realizing it was close to our house. We went with the KBBQ Calzone and the Golden Potato Pizza. The Calzone goes for 22 bucks and comes with a side of kimchee. It is easily big enough for 2 people. It's basically a stuffed combo pizza with bulgogi instead of pepperoni. The crust is covered with cheese and has a great crunch. It's great and I'd definitely come back just for this. The Golden potato pizza comes with a white sauce, potato, bacon, corn, and it says ground beef but I didn't notice it. It worked. It's good. Not better than my favorite pizza spot, but I'm definitely not turning this down. The difference is the golden crust. It is covered with cheese and stuffed with mashed sweet potato. It's slightly sweet and very filling. It's different, it's not a game changer, and it's not for everyone. I didn't mind it at all, but I also wouldn't seek it out. I want to return and try some of the other pizzas. The Buena Park location is very small, but has a few tables if you want to eat there. The service was friendly, but I just picked up food. My roommate and I tried to dine-in a few weeks later, and despite coming 1.5 hours before closing, we were turned away. They told us we were unable to dine-in despite there being open tables, and that take-out orders would be over 40 minutes, so they declined to take our order. My first time having Korean pizza! It's nice because you can order the "Dynamic Duo" and try two pizzas in one. Pictured is the medium size of the Chicken Alfredo and Golden Bulgogi (and with tip, it was around ~$28!). You can also customize the crust, so we got the cheese filled one. I will note that the pizzas do tend to get a bit soggy since they have so many wet ingredients on top of them. My favorite side was the Golden Bulgogi - I feel that the tomato sauce and the bulgogi provided a nice contrast of flavors; I just wish there was more bulgogi. Kept it simple and got a small pepperoni pizza, a small surf & turf pizza, an order of their mozzarella sticks, and their chix & chips plate. Before I write this, I want to make very clear that I used to go to this place once every week to pick up a pie. My last trip to the store, I noticed that the store was under new management or ownership. At first, I didn't suspect much as I was picking up the pie but when I went in I knew that things have changed. I'm writing this hoping that these guys can change the way they operate and go back to the original taste and quality. There was a mistake with my order and they had to redo my pizza. That's fine. But the way the lady at the counter went about it was just off putting to say the least. There was nobody in the store and I could hear every word of the conversation in the kitchen as it's really an open kitchen blocked by curtains. This lady started to raise her voice and argue pointing fingers as to who messed up what messed up and how it messed up to what seemed to be her partner. Usually, a simple apology does the job here and I understand that mistakes happen. But not once did she apologize for messing up the order. In fact, it was more like "you wait a bit because we are making you a new pie." The WHOLE TIME, they are yelling in the kitchen and blaming this and that yada yada yada. I could tell they may be first time restaurant owners. I waited for about 25-30 minutes and as I was running out of patience, she brings the pizza along with the pasta. Now, I'm thinking how long has this pasta been sitting in this container and wondering if the pizza is gonna be OK. I get home and I open the box and everybody pretty much said the same thing all at once - "umm is that cilantro?" Yes... there was whole ass cilantro (like the ones you get at pho places) spread across the top of my combination/hawaiian pizza ... now the previous management and other places sprinkle parsley (diced or minced) which is really for decoration but can you imagine how your pizza would taste with raw ass cilantro? I love cilantro but not with my pizza... To say the least, we didn't really enjoy the pizza as much as we used to in the past. Nothing was changed - it was the same order we picked up in the past. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was just that one time... I'll try again once more before I cross this out as one of my regular spots.
