Best Pizza and BEST gluten free pizza! We've been loyal customers for almost a year. Their pizza is always good, seasoned crust! So good! My mom has celiac disease and cannot tolerate gluten. The gluten free pizza is an individual pizza, 4 generous square slices. She said it was the best gluten free pizzas she's ever had! Their house salad is always fresh and crisp too! And you must try the chocolate chip cookies! They only have so many available each day, so snag them if you can! All the employees are friendly, kind and have always gotten our order right. They do HEART-SHAPED pizzas upon request. I suggest placing the order over the phone. It was a special occasion for me so they were able to accomodate to my order: Small (Heart-Shaped) Create Your Own: Sausage, Mushroom, Onion, and a drizzle of BBQ sauce ~ which costed about $15. Well there is a first time for everything I guess. The pizza here is very good. The staff is very nice so I will forgive them for today. If you notice in my picture my pizza was delivered uncut. After the initial confusion, I just laughed and went to grab my food scissors (I don't own a pizza cutter) and cut it up for my kids. Am I a bit greasy now? Yes. Was the pizza delicious? ***UPDATE!!! Even though the owner private messaged me and seemed to still want to "be right", I am adding 3 's to my original one because the Penne Pasta with marinara and sausage was very good. The BBQ chicken and Chicken Teriyaki pizzas are excellent. However, I do hope that this owner starts treating people better. Many in our community have had the same issue with customer service. ***************************** I called and placed a carry out order 30 minutes ago and inquired about the toppings of their margarita pizza. When told that the only toppings they put on it is cheese and basil, I said "No tomato and garlic?" The girl said "No, you have to pay extra." So I replied how unusual because no other place around leaves two of the main toppings off to pay extra but okay. I won't order that then. She then offers for me to talk to the owner after I've decided to already move on. Whats the point in doing that anyway? The owner was a real jerk once I got there! I got there to pick up my order and the owner decides to bring it up after his employee (who claimed to be the manager) relayed what I said completely wrong and I guess he was having a bad night because he seemed to want to make sure how wrong was. Wrong about what?? How you make a pizza correctly? Anyway, to the owner... You were correct about one thing! I don't know you and I'm glad I don't! I've lived in this area for 12 + years. My family and I absolutely love Magic Mike's! We order from them at least 2x a month. Today, my heart was so touched by them. My husband ordered through Grubhub and in the comments he informed them that I love flat wings and I'm fighting cancer ( I haven't had a good appetite lately) so I said to my husband "I'm craving flat wings!". He was shocked, haha. They left a encouraging message on the box of wings. Our order of wings, mozzarella cheese sticks and two meatball subs arrived. Everything was scrumptious. I ate 7 wings, one mozzarella cheese stick and one big ol' bite of the sandwich and was in heaven. Everything was executed to perfection. The wings were evenly coated and cooked till crispy. The mozzarella cheese sticks were fantastic and the marinara sauce was great. The subs are always a home run! Ample meatballs. Delicious sauce and toasted bread with melted provolone. I usually don't like to leave negative reviews, but after this experience, I feel like I need to share. My sister called 15 minutes ahead to place our order, and at the end of the call, the woman on the phone said 'TF,' which felt unprofessional. When I arrived to pick up the pizza, they told me they didn't think we were going to show up, so they hadn't started making it. They said it would take 5 minutes, then 6 minutes, but it ended up taking 10 minutes. I also ordered fries, but when I reminded them when I picked up, they said I didn't order them, and the fryer was already off. It was a super awkward and frustrating experience. I had told my sister this place was great, but after the way we were treated, I won't be coming back. It felt unnecessary and disrespectful. soooo unprofessional!!! read more

The place looks clean and organized and everyone was on the line doing their thing as a well functioning machine it appeared. 25 minutes later, the pizzas were ready when they said they would be ready. My overall review and assessment is, "not bad" - They got the job done. What do you think of Costco pizza? That was the kind of my reaction I felt. Not bad, pretty decent, got the job done. But they didn't garnish comments like; "Mnmmn this is really good!" Or "wow The sauce is great!" Or "Man, I think this is one of the best pizzas I've had so far" But, there's a lot of people out there that love the pizza based on the Yelp reviews. I tried a different well-known pizza place first, but they were unwilling to offer suggestions on how to get the best bang for my buck. I was referred to their website. So I called magic Mike's and asked what was the best deal they could give me to feed this many people and ended up ordering 12 extra large one topping pizzas. Their pizza is so so good. I haven't been here in person but have ordered delivery a few times. They're located right by my parents house. I ordered a few times when my family got together and the kids wanted pizza. It always arrived fast, hot and delicious. It's great quality also. The kids are picky and even they think the pizza is good here. A bit expensive ONLY when you order through Uber eats or delivery app but if you were to go pick one up it was very affordable in my opinion. My family and I have been ordering this pizza since back when it was known as valuetinas in cypress. Great pizza. Customer Service? Horrible. I really miss the sit down location and the prior staff. The new staff is extremely rude. Called today, 06/25 at 8:05pm to order pizza, young girl answered the phone and kept putting us on hold and told us there were no specials. Not sure what's happening, these specials have been the same for years. :( We were so uncomfortable with the customer service we just decided to eat at home. Sounds so lame typing this out but the pizza is so gooood that unfortunately the bad customer service left a horrible taste in my mouth. Unfortunately, this has been my favorite pizza since I was 7yrs old...I'm almost 30 lol.
