I just left this car wash and for $33.00 I'm not very happy. My rims still have dirt on them, my car was poorly vacuumed, there's still stuff on the interior, and not to mention things were thrown away that were sentimental on my dash. (My car wasn't filthy either, just throwing that out there!) I would understand (kinda) if stuff was thrown away that was on the floor, but not roses on someone's dash. When I called they pretty much told me they didn't care and they weren't going to do anything about it. I simply wanted a "hey sorry that happened" wasn't expecting my money back or anything. Convenient location, but they don't clean. Took my truck in and asked for a thorough interior cleaning. They vacuumed and cleans the mats, but the seat and floor were still dirty. I could still wipe the dust off w my hand on the door. Big chunk of grass was still on the floor, where it had been when I brought it in. People that work there seem pretty spaced out and not connected to the planet. Few months ago, I took a car in to get clean that wasn't particularly dirty. Not much improvement. Been going here since I got my first car. They've always done a decent job. But the last few times I've went, their work has been very underwhelming. Today, 6/18/17, I took my car in for a full service. As they finished and waved to notify it's ready. I've been watching them and notice they didn't wiped down or clean my trunk. I like one of the guys know and they cleaned it, fair enough, though it has happened numerous occasions. But as I got in and drove off I notice there was no scent in the car, as I requested lemon. I also notice a good amount of dirt and debris on my exterior window sill and underneath my seat. As well as some missed spots they didn't wipe. I honestly won't come back again unless I need a quick clean. Very unsatisfied with the work. read more

I've been coming here for many years and have never been disappointed until this past weekend. $40 down the drain. I'm so disappointed and embarrassed they would actually send out a vehicle as dirty as my truck was. Granted they were busy, but that's no excuse for a lack of service. I didn't take the time to look my truck over because I've never had to in the past. And I live too far away to have returned to sit there another 2 hours. My windshield, running boards, rims, front and back bumpers, hood, body around the wheels were all dirty. The inside wasn't cleaned and vacuumed very well. Disappointed. I have been patronizing this business for a number of years. Today may be the last time. I accidentally left a gift card in the passenger door pocket. I remembered I left it there after I left the vehicle and thought about returning to the car to collect it. Then I thought more about it and decided to leave it there; thinking that people are good at heart. WELL.....after I drove off I checked and the gift card was gone. The envelope where the gift card was stored was left behind. Whoever took it will be dissapointed to know I was able to cancel the card. I've been supporting this business for about five years. They lost me over a $35.00 gift card that is now useless. I didn't bother to contact the business. Too disappointed to even do that. read more

Terrible experience. They are not friendly and don't do the job that is stated. Splurged the extra $5 for a "hand finish" that was a joke. Watched the guy bounce back and forth on my car and two others. The hand finish on the inside of my car was non existent and still dirty, most likely because they use dirty towels that recycle from one car to the next. What a waste of $$ and unfriendly service. Was hesitant to try this car wash because of the bad reviews, but they did a great job cleaning my car. My car was FILLED with dog hair... I mean filled lol. They got all the hairs inside, dirt is gone, even some hard to clean oil spots on the outside. read more

Took my brand new Mercedes to get washed On July 15th at this location. My car windshield got scratched because they didn't turn off the automatic windshield wipers. I came back within less than 24 hours to speak to the owner directly, to resolve the issue. I was given the run around and told he would be in Monday July 20th. He wasn't there. I had to schedule another appointment once the owner called. When I did speak to them directly, they showed me a video of the back of the vehicle prior to it going through the wash. I contacted them within less than 24 hours once I noticed my wipers were gone and there was a scratch on my windshield. They claim this has never happened before but reading the reviews, they have caused damages to many vehicles. They don't take care of their customers and misquoted me on the wait. I was told it would only be a 1 hour and 20 minute wait. It was a 2 hour wait. Poor customer service and not professional. If I could rate it a zero I would! read more

Worst service ever. They scratched our brand new truck in the car wash. When we went back to try and get it repaired, they refused to allow me to speak to the owner. First they said he would be in later, then they claimed he was out until the following Monday. They denied all liability, rude and nasty to my husband in person, and even worse to me in the 2 phone calls I made to them on the phone. Whenever I'm needing a good wash and basic detail for my car, I always take it to Magic Touch. The prices had steadily gone up over the last couple years, but I think it is still a pretty good deal. I recommend going during a weekday in the morning as there is hardly any wait. There can be a 2 hour wait if you stop by on a Friday afternoon or Saturday. read more

I heard this place was good so i trusted them with a 70 dollar wash (which, for the record, they said no one ever pays ha) that included carpet clean and leather treatment. When it was done there was still dirt on my leather and dirt under the leather mats in the back seat, as well as dust everywhere. They didn't even wipe my leather down let alone treat it with leather cleaning and protection as I was promised. After they re-cleaned the car I come to find dirt still in the cup holders, the backseat carpet, and all over. It was not 70 dollars worth and the manager refused to give me my money back, let alone 30 or 40 dollars to back to what it was worth . They were kind enough to give me a free air freshener for all of my troubles haha. Had I not complained I wouldn't have even gotten that. Go to Carl b clean this place sucks read more

I will start off by saying that I have done business with Magic Touch since 1994. They used to be the best around for years and years, but unfortunately the quality has been less than desirable over the past couple of years. Windows are left streaky, the outside doesn't get wiped down completely and leaves dirt where the machine doesn't reach. I've noticed if they're busy, the car sits and air drys and they half heartedly wipe it down. If I wanted that kind of wash, I would pay $7 at Washman down the street. Same with the interior, they miss a lot that they didn't used too. I had a spot on the interior windshield pillar that was in plain sight on my company car, so I wanted to see how many times I would take my car thru before they wiped it off...it took 6 visits! I wish we could attach pictures to show how obvious it was. If I'm paying $28+$5 for mats+$ for a tip...the car better be clean inside and out. This is my last trip after several decades of doing business with Magic Touch, but I don't have time to turn around and come back to get the windows recleaned after viewing the sunshine thru them while turning out of their driveway. Took my bosses Hummer here to get cleaned up. It wasn't that dirty to begin with but it was Prom night for his son so we got it cleaned. They seemed to have done a good job, but it took over an hour for it to get done. And the crazy thing is you can sit inside where there is no air conditioning or you can sit outside in the sun... Oh and no wifi either... If you need just a light detailing this place might work if you don't mind waiting. But if you want anything more thorough then probably look elsewhere. read more

I've gone here several times and even though it is fairly expensive they do a very good job. My car had wood chips from moving some logs and they totally cleaned it up. Around the cup holders could have used a little more work but honestly I was very pleased inside and out. read more

Very good at what they do, so good that you might as well drop your car or truck and go have a drink at the pool hall behind this business because it's worth the wait. THEY ARE BUSY! Came here once and they did a fair job, I still found some streaks on the windows and some dirt on the car after it dried. So I came back today to have my vehicle washed. I drove from Keizer which at rush hour is a good bull commute and I got here at 5:28 they were literally just putting the cones out although they close at 6. And the guy told me that they're closed. I have been going to this car wash for years and they have always done a relatively good job. However, I recently had a fire in my garage (with the car in it). There was soot inside & out of the vehicle. I took it to them for detailing and they turned me down claiming it was "too much work". I even offered to pay more than the detailing price. I then took it to another car wash on commercial and they not only detailed the car but for their regular price. PLUS they did a great job. Went there on Saturday. It will be the last time. I had some groceries in the back seat of my truck and told them about. Don't worry they said. Guess what they meant was we will throw them under the seat and squish them. Which they did. They usually wipe down the truck after the wash but took so long to get to it it had already dried. Never took the Weather Tek floor mats out and cleaned them, this had been done on earlier trips. For $36 I thought maybe I could get the floor mats clean. read more

I have been to this car wash hundreds of times and they have kept several new cars looking new. Trouble is, there is no training of the employees and management. They left my car wet from the wash so long that the wax gelled into a hard very dull finish. When I showed the manager what had happened, he said I could pay for a hand wax job, which is quite expensive. I had to have the car "clayed", a very expensive process, as the wax job had no effect. The clay process left the car looking great. Now I am over a hundred dollars into a car wash. Not happy with them. This was brought on by their inexperience and laziness. If I go back, I will have to be sure they wipe down the wet car, not necessarily dry it. There are other nice car washes in town that don't hire clowns. Very entertaining how they wave the rags around at the doors and thresholds. I often clean up after getting home with a real cleaner, rather than the colored water they use on their rag "wands". read more

Don't waste your time or money. $27, waited for an hour and they didn't even vacuum the door edges or wipe down the seats. When I pointed these things out I was informed if I wanted it detailed that would cost $200.00! The next day I discovered they had jammed one of the seat belts of the back seat behind the seat back to the point I had to go by the dealership to get it fixed. I did not pay you $30 and wait 2 hours just so I could finish washing my own car. When the worker held the rag up notifying me that my car was done, I pointed out 3 areas that had been missed (trunk, rear bumper and the rocker panels). He then cleaned part of the trunk, the top half of the bumper and ignored the rocker panels. As he was walking off I called him back over to finish the trunk and bumper, he still did not do a good job and started walking away again. I called him back again an voluntarily took the rag from him as he was obviously incapable of doing his job, and proceeded to finish washing the car myself. He did not hesitate to hand me the rag and walk away. After I took the rag, I also realized that no one had even touched the front bumper either. On to the inside... Just a heads up, the back seat is part of what I paid you to clean as well. Due to the fact that I had already waited 2 hours, and rather than make a scene in front of my son, I decided to be on my way. Don't worry, I will finish the rest of the car when I get home. Your employees should take some pride in their work, and you should be sure that they do. They are a reflection of your business, and after my visit today that reflection is piss poor. It sure is a good thing they will be making more money as of June 1st when the minimum wage is raised, the extra money will surely make them do a better job (sarcasm). We were not impressed! We are traveling and waited for over 1/2 hour to get our car to the drying area. As we had already waited for too long, we ended up washing a few windows ourselves so that we could get back on the road. A car wash should not take that long...clearly under staffed. This car wash is horrible! I would not recommend that anyone who takes good care of there vehicle have it washed at magic touch.Besides being over priced they are not careful with the vehicles. And the staff is not friendly. I paid for an exterior wash only (which is by machine). They are supposed to hand dry exterior and clean door knobs inside. After receiving my vehicle i went home to look it over. It is a newer vehicle so exterior details are very noticible. First thing i noticed was that there were spots that were not dried and didn't look clean at all. Second thing i noticed on the inside of my vehicle there was a scratch on my tinted window. Not a big deal. But as i did a full inspection of the outside i realized there was a good size knick on my car door. Not a scratch a knick. This is unecceptable. I went back to speak with the manager. He was very rude and never once appologized. He kept asking me how i thought that would happen at his car wash. Said that it was impossible. Basically calling me a liar. Would not tell me the owners name. Basically my word against his. Because the workers are not careful now i have to pay as the customer.
