To start, booking the photo booth was by far the easiest and fastest thing I booked for the wedding. Leading up to the wedding Taz was reachable by phone, text or email and was so prompt at responding. He was so accommodating and easily created a beautiful template for the Photo Booth printouts that matched our theme from one inspiration photo I sent him. Fast forward to the night of the Wedding. Taz arrived earlier than expected and quickly said hello so we knew he was there and set up his stuff. Once he was set up he had a majority, if not all, of the printouts for us. He directed our own experience with the Photo Booth and made it so fun for us! He was so accommodating, adjusting the camera as needed to fit everyone in, making sure everyone had a copy and was happy to reprint as needed. He even let my now husband borrow the captains hat prop for the evening. Not even an hour after the wedding Taz had emailed us our online gallery so we were able to see all the Photo Booth photos taken that night. Then fast forward to the next day; If Taz mentioned he was doing it, I forgot, but he made a HIGHLIGHT REEL of our whole reception! We were so surprised and loved watching the highlights of our night. He even gave us a copy to keep and share with friends and family that didn't have instagram. My husband and I are very picky when it comes to photography. We've been to several weddings, and usually, the quality of the photo and photo paper for most photobooths is mediocre. We loved Magbooth because they actually use a decent DSLR (my husband noticed that it was a Nikon D3100), and the photo paper isn't flimsy like most other companies. They customize a logo for you and send you a coffee table book with all of your guests' photobooth pictures (with the option of omitting inappropriate pictures if you'd like), which we preferred over other vendors who create a scrapbook for the Bride and Groom. The attendant was great and let us know when he was shutting down the booth to check if we wanted to get some final pictures in. Victor is very responsive via email, and we received our CD of images and coffee table book very quickly. The only downfall is that you only get one photo per sitting so our friends who went into the booth as a group had to decide on who keeps the picture. However, all images are online for download so it wasn't a big deal. We'd highly recommend Magbooth!

Per my contract I was supposed to get four upgrades which included wording on my pictures, a memory book, digital uploads to Facebook or social media website, and a silver backdrop. The company was supposed to contact me days prior so I could approve the wording and logo that was going to be printed on my pictures. I called days prior to my wedding, with no response. The day of, they showed up with a gold backdrop that did not look right on the pictures because of the quality of the pictures (we agreed on sliver!), And birthday themed prints! For a wedding!!! I complained to the photographer that I did not want birthday prints being that it was a wedding and he said he did not know how to change it. I did not receive any of the services that paid for. The quality of the photos were horrible. They were supposed to do a wedding background with our names and instead they did a birthday background for my WEDDING. I never received the physical photo album of all the pics taken at my wedding as agreed upon. I never received the digital copies of pics. I never received digital uploads of pics. The sales rep I dealt with (Steven) was wonderful, but the attendant was AWFUL. He complained about having to take the equipment downstairs, he didn't have much of a personality while the booth was up, he didn't try to get people into the booth, he didn't interact with the people getting their pictures taken and many were taken off guard by the next photo...plus he was on his phone pretty much the entire time. When we told him that the photos were coming out too dark, he said "no, that's just how they are" when clearly they were printing way too dark.
