Ivy offered without me asking to redo the sign and ship it to me free of charge and let me keep the first sign with the hiccup. The sign was fine but they were perfectionists and want the customer to be 1000% satisfied. I know this time they did not make much profit if any with all the manufacturer and shipping costs. I was shocked once again when I received the sign how intricately they packaged it. They must have spent at least 20 minutes packing the sign! This tells you that the Ivy and her team really care about their image and they are truly dedicated to the customer experience. It was like unpacking a ceramic bowl! He booked me for the next morning and by the end of the day I was able to pick up my ride. He runs a clean cool looking shop. The prices were very reasonable and they did great work!
