The place is beautiful & was definitely feelin' the vibe. My lash tech was cool super FAST, only thing is 3 little pieces already came off. One was the day of I went in just a few hours later which I couldn't call & go back cuz like I mentioned I was super booked for our trip had NO time whatsoever then Saturday & yesterday Monday morning when I was at the grocery store a piece was just hanging dangling over my eyeball, it is my first set but I have friends and my sister who gets them done religiously & told me repeatedly how to care for them & I've done just so. I've been super careful with them esp being that it's my first time having my lashes done. I'm pretty sad some have already dropped. They're still on & don't look that bad I'm hoping the rest will stay on for a while. Other than that the owner & ladies were amazing & super nice! They conversed & are super outgoing & they make you feel welcomed & comfortable! I'm sure if I was still in town they'd do something about the lashes but sadly I'm not there. I followed her from one location to the next bc she's so great! We can yap the full appointment or I can tell her I'm tired and I can nap the entire time. Olivia always has good vibes and is the sweetest human being ever. I'm so glad to have met her and be her client for so long. I always highly recommend my girl to everyone I know. I constantly get compliments on my lashes. She literally slays them every time. She cares for her clients and the quality of her work. You won't be disappointed scheduling an appointment with her. The 2 lash artists that did the work on me were sweet but definitely needs more years of experience and training because the extensions were falling off soon after I just got them filled. I love the cat-eye look but both artists could not achieve the look I wanted. Also, if you are coming in to get your lashes filled and you got your full set somewhere else they will charge you extra because the original fill wasn't from them. I was not happy about that.

It was to change my appointment time from 1 to 10, Victoria had a schedule problem. I said ok as I am flexible. Verifying my appt would be with Victoria. Next day I walk in at 10 and immediately knew something was wrong as I saw no Victoria. I was told to go wash my hands, which I had to wait to get to the sink as an employee was watering a plant and had no intention of moving out of the way to accommodate me standing there! I go back to sit down and now her comes the lady who had greeted me and was told they made a mistake, no Victoria! However if I wanted I could have a pedicure....what? I said No! I came here to do my nails! Obviously this is the scam they run and the other people that come here had the exact same experience. They put them at that time with Kevin, but their nails looked not good! Kevin needs a new career! Needless to say after much craziness and them saying they were busy, which they were not, only 2 clients and 4 techs, smh! I wasn't about to be pulled into their shenanigans, thinking I would be dumb enough to stay and spend money trying to be conned into doing something different or another tech which probably had no clients because they are horrible. When one door closes another one opens and I ended up in beautiful clean nail Salon that day, more reasonable prices! So Warm Springs not only lost me as a customer but my other two friends.
