Giving this place a one star is way more generous than they deserve! You ask what can you improve! Well that would be everything...to be honest I only went here because a couple of people I know came here and even though they did have some rocky experiences themselves, they stated Victoria was a great tech and I guess she is also the owner from what I understand, which makes sense. So my first time was great as far as my nails were concerned honestly, although the place is not the cleanest once you really look around. However because of what a beautiful job Victoria did I decided to come back. Now this is where the trouble begins, almost scam like, once you put the stories together. I made another appointment a week 1/2 ahead and ask for Victoria only, made it clear! The day before the appointment i was left a message to call the Salon. I called, Kevin answered and just let me tell you that man should never be allowed to answer the phone period. I explained why I called, ask why they called me and spent the next 15 min trying to explain why I called back , he had no clue, not only that, called me by another name, Jamey, my name is Denise and had to be told by someone in the background what was happening. It was to change my appointment time from 1 to 10, Victoria had a schedule problem. I said ok as I am flexible. Verifying my appt would be with Victoria. Next day I walk in at 10 and immediately knew something was wrong as I saw no Victoria. I was told to go wash my hands, which I had to wait to get to the sink as an employee was watering a plant and had no intention of moving out of the way to accommodate me standing there! I go back to sit down and now her comes the lady who had greeted me and was told they made a mistake, no Victoria! However if I wanted I could have a pedicure....what? I said No! I came here to do my nails! Obviously this is the scam they run and the other people that come here had the exact same experience. They put them at that time with Kevin, but their nails looked not good! Kevin needs a new career! Needless to say after much craziness and them saying they were busy, which they were not, only 2 clients and 4 techs, smh! I wasn't about to be pulled into their shenanigans, thinking I would be dumb enough to stay and spend money trying to be conned into doing something different or another tech which probably had no clients because they are horrible. When one door closes another one opens and I ended up in beautiful clean nail Salon that day, more reasonable prices! So Warm Springs not only lost me as a customer but my other two friends. Unfortunately after going to this nail salon for a few months, I had to say no more. Their online booking situation doesn't seem to work well and twice once I got there, the guy had to reschedule. The last time he wasn't there for my appt, his coworkers called him and wanted me to come back the following day. There's way too many salons around LV to choose from and that's what I did instead. Also the tech watches his phone while doing nails which is unprofessional. Customer service is first and foremost!! read more

I came in to get my nails taken off, I had Gel-X nails from christmas from a nail tech, I decided I wanted to get them taken off to let my nails be plain. Not only did the nail tech not ASK to clip my nails down, he was rude, and very rough. I have cuts on every one of my fingers and sores. Website said $10, was charged $25. Upon payment, he stared at the screen as the 'tip' option came up. I won't be coming back. I'm in a lot of pain and was THE worst nail tech experience i've ever had. 0 stars if i could. read more

Went here on a whim when a couple friends of mine was visiting and she stayed on the strip. I saw the good reviews this place had so we tried them out. The inside is very clean and the employees are really nice. I got a traditional acrylic full set. They turned out pretty good. There were a couple of lumps in the gel polish that I noticed after leaving which is why I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars. It wasnt super noticeable but I fidget with my nails so it was a little bothersome. My friends got gel x and powder dip nails. Both turned out really nice. Save your money and go elsewhere! I visited this nail salon on 1/18/24..for context I had 4 nail replacements and the rest were a fill. my first concern was when the technician cut the nails in tact much shorter than I asked for. The replacements were not cut for the coffin shape (and the existing nails were not shaped) and when I asked if he understood what I wanted, he said he does it at the end and not to worry. I stopped him two other times during this process because the uneven texture (including divots) on nails, the shape was not coffin and the length was extremely shorter than what I asked for. I called that afternoon to speak to the manager (that also tried to fix my nails while in store) and told her I was unhappy and wanted them fixed and/or replaced. She made an appt for 1/20 at 11am but was not there when I arrived and denied having made the appt to her coworker - despite having a text message she sent me confirming. I waited 30 minutes because I was anxious to have my nails fixed, but after removing all polish on 1/20, the manager (Victoria) tells me that they will be charging me an additional $50 to replace. I refused as I had already paid on Thursday and most salons come with a guarantee for their work especially when you are dissatisfied or receive a service/product that is seemingly defective or terrible quality. The manager would not help me in any way so I left and contacted my bank to dispute the charge. Nails are expensive so please heed my warning and go elsewhere. read more
