A warning to customers and - the shop owner; In my opinion,…read moreI would never recommend doing business with this company - IF - an employee by the name of - "Scott Adams" - is still working there. My issue happened 4 years ago, and unfortunately I just found out about it. I did try to find and reach out to the owner of the shop privately, but I didn't have any luck contacting them. To the Credit of the shop owner, I'm sure they have NO IDEA about my story or the behavior of this employee. Hopefully "Scott Adams" no longer works there. I just discovered that my mother came in there 4 years ago on January 2, 2014 to buy a large blanket of flowers for her husband's casket. For a total of $378, she bought a very beautiful blanket of flowers for the top of the casket, only to find out on the day of the funeral that the florist shop delivered the smaller $50 version for the casket at Berryhill. So my grieving elderly mother, thinking it was just a mistake and upset over the situation, drove to speak with "Scott Adams" about it. "Why did you do that, what happened Scott? I purchased the $350 blanket, here's the receipt, what happened? Am I going to get refunded the difference" she asked. The heartless,"Scott Adams" just stood there with a smirk on his face looking down and doodling on a piece of paper. There was no eye contact with her, no response, no reply, no apology or no remorse. The BIG question is, why did that employee do that? Was he getting back at her for some reason? It's very mysterious. But I suppose that we'll never know the answer. So long as Scott Adams is not working there, I'm assuming the shop is a very nice floral shop with lots of nice things and services and there has been plenty of happy customers since then.

In addition, the price was very reasonable, particularly when you see the numerous plants in the dish. The representative with whom I spoke was so very accommodating and asked if I wanted to change anything (flowers, ribbon, container, etc) but we loved everything about it. I, absolutely, recommend them! Their customer service was fantastic and the arrangement they put together was absolutely gorgeous! We sincerely appreciate your support during this time. Thank you!

Perusing their website, I really enjoyed the fact they don't offer *just* Teleflora arrangements, which just get boring after a while. TFSOP offers a myriad of unique arrangements and vases! Because I feel the designer/florist is the professional, I went with "Florist choice" for both occasions. I placed the orders by phone and each instance, the lady who helped me was very kind and attentive. Florist choice comes in 5 price points. I went with the (my words not theirs) "medium" option, which is ~$85.00, and delivery for both occasions which was $10.00. Both arrangements were lovely!!!!! They were fragrant, elegant, and unique and lasted far beyond the flowers I have ordered from my "usual" florist. They were delivered when promised and come with a cute hand written note with a "Hello Beautiful" sticker enclosing the envelope. Lots of appreciated attention to detail with TFSOP! I uploaded photos of the arrangements. I highly recommend TFSOP! My only suggestion to them is to include an email delivery notification. I really enjoy receiving those indicating the recipient received the arrangement vice me having to call/text the recipient to ask them. It would be really great if you implemented this feature. Thanks for the lovely floral arrangement that added the perfect touch to our family party luncheon table for Mom and also really made my sweet sister's birthday!!!
