I was exhausted and did not explain I needed the total so I could pay through cherry! In my defense they did not ask she was very short about it and I did not have the energy to explain. So PLEASE EXPLAIN BECAUSE THEY SAY THEY UNDERSTAND YET THEY CANCELLED MY EXTRACTION! (Had 75 not 150 I needed for today) By the time I left I was in a great amount of pain. I was approved for financing yet they said I hung up on them and was rude. I was just as rude as them. She recommended unnecessary dental procedures and was unwilling to perform the straightforward extractions I requested for the two unhealthy, decayed teeth and provide a partial denture to restore function, health and appearance. Additionally, she did not do the cleaning I originally came in for. It seemed her primary focus was on maximizing insurance payments rather than addressing my actual needs as a patient. She was willing to extract if I went with the implant but not willing to extract since I decided to go with the partial. Go at your own risk. Walking in nervous and in lots of pain from a tooth that I thought I was going to loose ( but not going to ) I see Saireen who greets me with a smile and her upbeat personality.
