The staff was able to schedule me quickly over the phone. That was a big plus. I found it difficult to schedule an appointment with other practices in the area. Once I arrived, I was checked in quickly after filling out some simple forms, taken for an X-ray which was super quick, discussed my issues with the dental assistant, and met Dr. Tran shortly thereafter. I had a minor cavity and they were able to fix it immediately. I got a perfect filling that matched my front teeth and now I'll be doing some whitening at home to fix my smile. What I really enjoyed is that I felt like I was important and there was a spa like experience. That was cool. Thanks Dr. Tran and your staff for making me feel great as a new patient. This is a long one because of the level of customer service and satisfaction that I received…read more I have a love hate relationship with dentist ( mostly all hate than love) until I walked into Life Smiles Dental Care. Walking in nervous and in lots of pain from a tooth that I thought I was going to loose ( but not going to ) I see Saireen who greets me with a smile and her upbeat personality. Instantly I feel relaxed and able to explain my problem to the best of my ability. The needed paperwork was handled in a professional and in a timely manner without having to repeat myself a bunch of times with the same information ( plus point for that). I was escorted to the lab room and All x-rays were taken and it was done right the first time ( did not need to go back and forth as I have experienced in the past). I was seen by Dr Rohail . He walks in with a smile and took a minute to greet me ( he had other patients that he was already seeing) and to and make me feel comfortable. He did not rush me but informed me about his situation of already being pre occupied with his other patients. Finally it was my turn !!! He took the time to explain the work and time frame that I was looking at. It was explained to me in the language I speak which is English and not " dentist" language which made it easier to decide whether I wanted to continue or not. I have been to a few dentist in my adult life but I absolutely have found my go to dentist for me and my family. Give them a try because they definitely care about their patients. The staff that worked on my procedure over stayed their shift time with a smile with no complaints. The really sweet assistant ( I forgot to take her name) that seemed to have worked a full days work Kept on going with a smile and checked in on my well being regularly. This shows me that they value their patients, even the walk ins. Also, the friendly and happy attitude doesn't hurt In addition, They are reasonably priced and do not over charge their customers ( helps if you don't have dental insurance like me ). Please know coming to them is a drive as I live in Frisco and they are located in Richardson but I wouldn't have it any other way.

My case manager called on 5/8 at 3:54pm, and advised that this office had been trying to reach me to set up an appointment. They mislead my case manager. Their extent of "trying to reach me" was ONE call on 5/8, at 3:37pm, they did NOT leave a voice mail, and the number showed up on my phone as "Discover". I told my case manager that I had not received any calls from this office, and she said that the office had been trying to reach me. I called the office on 5/8 at 3:55pm and let them know they apparently had called the same day that my case manager called, and that was the only call that I had missed. A female gave me attitude and asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment. I told her that I would reach out to my case manager and would call them back. I called the dentist office the next day, and whomever answered said that that I needed to contact the VA to go somewhere else. What I surmise happened was that the first representative I spoke with on 5/8 didn't like being called out on a lie, and told a story to her manager and they basically blackballed me. I called the the VA back and was set up with another dental office nearby. Looking at prior reviews, the dentists may be great, but in my experience, whomever is making calls out to prospective patients lacks integrity and professionalism.
