Despite the challenge, Dr. Nouri remained patient, focused, and determined throughout the entire process, which took about two hours. During the procedure, she consistently checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain. Her care and attention truly made a difference. She did an amazing job getting a very stubborn tooth out, and I felt such relief once it was finally completed. Her assistant was also incredibly supportive and comforting, working seamlessly alongside Dr. Nouri the entire time. After the procedure, I was sent home with antibiotics and pain relief medication, along with clear instructions. At my follow-up appointment, Dr. Nouri carefully checked my healing, smoothed out part of the bone graft area, and made sure everything was progressing well. She took the time to explain everything in detail and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. They even found a charm that had fallen off in the chair and kindly texted me to ask if it was mine, letting me know they would safely hold onto it for me. That level of thoughtfulness meant a lot. It would not even begin to fit in the gap left behind. It was like it was for a different person. Once they ordered another crown, it was not that great but I tried it anyway. Only a few days after leaving their office, the crown Parkview had made only a year before had come off. Unfortunately, it could not be recovered. This seemed to be the excuse they needed. They wanted me to pay the whole bill to replace the crown they put in that failed in one year. No way. Im not paying and rewarding anyone for quackery.

Once again, the whole process was completely pain free and I was out of there in less than an hour (the procedure itself was at most 15 minutes). Also, I cant understand why there are a few negative reviews about their receptionists. Rita has always been super sweet & I can't remember the other ladies name but they have always been super polite and helpful with scheduling, rescheduling, checking in & helping me get a referral to an oral surgeon. And as always, his dental assistants are kind & gentle as well.

On the day of the appointment with the specialist, he canceled just 15 minutes before the appointment. So unprofessional and inconsiderate of patients' busy schedules. Later, we found out he wasn't even within our network, despite the staff being asked to confirm before our appointment. In general, dentists do not provide a thorough review after working on the kids. They never talk to parents about findings or the cleaning overview. They just do the cleaning and send the kids down to the waiting room. They also randomly changed appointment dates & time, giving weak excuses. However, when we tried to cancel my daughter's regular cleaning appointment 24 hours in advance, after she had her wisdom teeth removed by another dentist, they had the audacity to try to charge $86 for the cancellation. After I pushed back, they waived it, knowing they were in the wrong. They really should cater to UPS Teamsters, who are their bread and butter. Overall, their staff, including dentists, are unprofessional, uninformed, and cannot handle patients with excellent insurance. They would rather deal with only Medi-Cal patients. We took our business elsewhere. We are never coming back!
