I booked an appointment with Dana. She was so sweet and listened to all of my concerns. It was honestly not painful at all! She did a dermal block for numbing and after that I didn't feel anything! We also added in some filler in my chin for facial balancing. We did not end up using all of the filler so we saved it and I scheduled a two week follow up appointment. At that next appointment we did add a tiny bit of filler but I didn't need much. The filler has made such a natural but noticeable improvement to my face shape. I did not have much of an upper lip before and the filler looks soo natural! I could not be more grateful! They are transparent about pricing and they do have monthly specials. Left me with nice scars since their only remedy for bleeding was a band-aid. They insisted on removing a questionable mole (which I was never shown and now questioning if it really existed) then charged me $1000 for a procedure they quoted at a couple hundred dollars. Now I am stuck with a six inch scar on my back, two scars in my armpits, and a bill at roughly 5x what I was quoted. Do NOT use them! Only giving them one star because zero is not an option.
