First, I do want to say that the staff here is great - very kind and helpful. Though, when it comes to the people in power - something is wrong... I went to Koniver Aesthetics for AviClear laser treatments. I had been suffering from acne for over a decade and I was told this would "cure it", or I would get my money back. I was also informed that it would take up to a year to see the results. After a year my skin was still terrible. At this time I was told by Koniver Aesthetics that it could NOW possibly take a year and a half. Obviously this was upsetting, but I waited. Around 18 months after the procedures my skin seemed to be worse than ever. I was livid. I reached out to their team and I was simply told there was nothing that could be done. I wanted to get on social media and write bad reviews for the establishment everywhere I could possibly find. Though, I was so depressed I didn't even have the motivation to do that. So why am I speaking out now? Well, I was wrong when I initially thought my skin was worse than ever. I spent thousands of dollars and waited 2 years to see results. My skin never improved, in fact I am pretty sure in the last couple of weeks I have reached the pinnacle of disgust with the state of my skin. I am crying as I write this and I thought maybe after spending $3000 + at this business, there might be something they would be willing to do. Also, I happened to have an interview for a position at Koniver Wellness last month and I was told that the owner was a kind person. I thought that maybe that was a sign and reaching out can't hurt. All I can ask is if there might be SOMETHING they would want to do to remedy the situation. I sent them basically the same message as I have written above and they actually did respond asking if I wanted to come in .... almost a month ago. I said I would like to. I have not heard back since. My diet has not changed. My health is good. I get every acne product that aestheticians suggests and facials from other facilities all the time. I do EVERYTHING I can to take care of my skin. This successful business took over $3000 dollars from me and now has stopped responding to me.... Below is what I look like now. I LOVE Dr. Koniver! I was worried I was going to have a hard time finding a replacement for Dr. Hall in Arizona for my "tweakment" needs, but he did not disappoint. I have this rule about only letting physicians put needles in my face and usually only go to cosmetic surgeons for lip fillers and neurotoxins HOWEVER they were having a launch party for jueveau so I made my way over a couple months ago (mimosas, snax and injectables? Yes please!). Anyway, great experience. The staff is very pleasant, the doctor is cool, and the whole thing is fairly painless. I've been back and will continue to see him for injectables. They do other stuff too, like laser hair removal and chemical peels so I'll report back if/when I take advantage of their other offerings. read more

I had my first appointment yesterday with Ashley, but it's important I give backstory to support my review. My first time with toxins and fillers was at a place in Beaufort SC. The toxins part went well (although more painful than expected), but the lip fillers were a disaster. The only pain relief I was offered was a dental block--which I had a rough time recovering from and severe pain in my jaw. With my lips the person I previously saw didn't seem to care about shape or anything. She rushed through and got me out of there. I ended up with significant swelling and pain, and my lips were noticeably uneven. Fast forward to Ashley: she spent time talking with me to understand what look I was going for. We did the numbing cream for my lips, which was more than sufficient! My pain was minimal and she clearly cared about the final aesthetic, giving me a mirror to offer suggestions along the way. Today, one day later, I have barely any swelling and no pain--despite going for a fuller look than I had before! I was also surprised that the toxin I received to my forehead and crows feet was not nearly as painful as before.
