I was actually mid sentence as she was exiting the room to greet her next patient . Although , in the six minutes she was in the room she was pleasant, she did not take the time to listen to my concerns . As soon as I said "eczema" Her knee-jerk, automatic response to my concerns were topicals . Simply put , I did not feel heard . For this , I cannot recommend her practice.

What impressed me most was that I was asking him about different products and he would tell me "you don't need that" instead of trying to make an extra sale. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and making them look and feel their best. He asked questions before our appointment, explained the procedure, asked what I was comfortable with, and then got to work putting me at ease. The whole appointment was over with quickly and I had no bruising at all, which I've had with other doctors. I've already discussed my next appointment with him and look forward to many more!
