The first person came out on Tuesday walked around the house without touching anything and said his boss would have to come back with leak detection equipment. They were supposed to come between 8-12 today (7/17) a week after the problem started and they KNOW we have no water in our house. They no called no showed today. I've been calling and emailing and no one answers the phone there. No one calls back. No one responded to my messages. And now they're closed for the day and it's another weekend without water. I'm going to tell AHS if they are about to lose a customer over this. We've been with them 6 years and have never experienced anything like this. How rude and unprofessional to just not bother communicating with someone and just not bother showing up. They're supposed to be open from 8-5 or 9-6 whichever site you want to believe. But sure enough at 3:30 on Friday their voicemail says they're closed. Hope they all get to enjoy their weekends. I won't be. This repair cost an additional $1,000, on top of the thousands already paid to Gray's. After checking Google reviews, it's clear this is not an isolated experience.
