Everyone who answered the phone or returned calls was courteous and helpful. We needed a new toilet with bidet seat for a disabled son. Is tomorrow ok for the tech to come out for a quote? Wow! Next day, Cabe arrives, no spiel but an honest assessment, good information, no BS. He was knowledgeable, friendly, had an easy humor. And he listened to us! Next week he installs the toilet and bidet, and on his way out I ask him to look at the faucets in the laundry area. They were pretty bad, and as I had already thought, should probably be replaced. Give me a quote, I say, and when he does I ask when he can do the work. Right now, he replies, pending clearance from the office. Clearance granted, he replaces the faucets with new quarter turn ones. Yes, he had to cut into the wall, and while he wasn't obliged to patch it up, he put it back together fairly well. Not long after that we called about a leaking shower. Again Cabe shows up. Replaces the cartridge, but while the leaking stops, the shower handle spins 360 and doesn't check the water from reaching scalding temperatures. But he doesn't support that brand of faucet. Nevertheless, he needs only a few parts - he actually hunts them down at the local big box store! When he leaves, we have a working shower that won't burn our son. He didn't have to do go to all this effort. But he demonstrated a concern for our son's needs. We were the focus of his attention. Excellent service and a real nice guy. Cabe was outstanding, a real gem. Trustworthy. He's like a good friend. I can't recommend Smith's highly enough.

They scheduled the appointment for Thursday due to the weather. confirmation reminder texts were sent to both my phones. Thursday came...no one showed up. No call no anything. No one has returned my call each day since. Out of desperation, I've had to call another company to come out and I'll be out of pocket with this one for abt $400. This is poor service on a contract YOU sold me and for an appointment that YOU made and for YOU not responding to my messages.

Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. The company recently changed the membership pricing structure -- but instead of improving value, they increased the cost to five times higher, now charging per HVAC and water heater unit, per year, not per household. That means I'd now be paying significantly more just for the right to get a "discount," which makes the membership essentially pointless. It feels like I'm paying for the discount itself (maybe more so) and not actually receiving benefits. What makes this worse is that no proactive notice, explanation, or justification was provided to existing customers. I only found out when I looked into scheduling my routine fall HVAC maintenance. A major pricing and policy change like this should be communicated clearly, transparently, and respectfully -- especially to customers who have been loyal and previously trusted the company with their home systems. This comes across as misleading and very poor business practice, and it's an easy way to drive away customers who have been supportive for years. Sadly, this change has made me rethink doing business with them going forward. This is not only misleading but feels like a calculated money-grab disguised as a benefit. It also reflects poor business judgment and questionable customer-focused ethics. Prior members should be aware that the "membership" no longer provides true value and may cost far more than it saves -- proceed with caution.

I have the exact same problem I had before they arrived and I am out $267. I called the company last week and let them know that I would like a refund and I did not want their technicians back here. I said a manager could come, but for some odd reason, I have not heard back from the toilet manager as I am now referring to him. Prior to this, I had one of a ceiling fan, a sink faucet in the kitchen, and a quick and easy arm in my shower. That was $544. I was fine with that, however... if the jobs out by three for some reason that made me feel better. Even though it was high. I still called them back for the toilet. And I'm livid at this point I have cursed the technician the little boy that answers the phone and I'm trying not to do that again but it's . I do not recommend Mr. at all. They say they'll refund my money, but when I asked about it, that was when the gentleman boy said thank you for telling me your side of the story. That right there almost had me cussing again... I along forever and I kind of have but sorry... I needed to get it out apparently. Anybody good plumber?

What these con artists were really selling was a 15 year loan to pay for the sewer line replacement. I kept saying I only needed my main sewer line reamed out. Oh, that was going to cost anywhere from $700 to $1000. These guys are not plumbers. Do Not Use Them. And for God's sake don't sign anything. The guy kept pushing this clip board at me saying, "Sign it. Sign it." The whole operation is crooked. ~RUN--WHILE YOU STILL HAVE A CHANCE~
