The customer service was friendly and efficient. The test was fast, now I just needed my tags. Kenn offered their services of paying registration and getting my tags right then and there. I would put no stars but 1 is necessary for a review. I understand places can be busy, but they didn't do a damn hung but was and vacuum my car and I get the deluxe... I sat there for over an hour and for them to not even clean my car was really frustrating. I'm not going to have them take another hour out of my Saturday just to do it Right the second time. DO NOT get your car smogged here. I can't review the carwash, but stay away from the smog station. Watched the guy before me have to buy a $30 gas cap on a 2002 Ford F150. I got a bad feeling, but didn't listen to my gut. I used the coupon online and FAILED VISUAL because my PCV hose "fell off" the PCV valve. Funny I didn't notice that when I did my pre-inspection at home. Somehow I still passed the rest of the test, but he failed me on the visual. Had to pay $50 for a retest. Total of $60 to smog my truck. I could have saved time and frustration by going ANYWHERE else for the same cost. An honest tech would have either pointed it out to me or plugged it back in himself and continued the test. ...makes me wonder if anyone passes the first time....??? My suggestion: Stay away from Magnolia Test Only and Go to a place that has a free retest. My thoughts on the carwash: "Your car is being handwashed 'automatically'." Really? Being nice about this place. I usually don't post unless I had a great experience but for $20 I would hope that the would get the dirt off of the car. Multiple spots not touched and bugs all over the front bumper afterwards. Not to mention they messed with the seats and took off the phone mount on the dashboard and placed it in a different spot. Dirt left all over my seat and floors, looked like they barely vacuumed it. Some kind of armorial oil applied in to high of an amount, streaks everywhere, my windows are all dirty in the corners. The car was not dried all the way, water streaked all over on the drive home, paid for tires and still dirty. My husbands car came 2nd up after mine and all of the same issues. We even offered to pay extra for a deeper clean. Horrible and would never go back again. We both drove straight home and finished cleaning our cars. So disappointed. read more

went there to get my car smog cert and was told over the phone $50.00 out the door. O.K. great I found the coupon on their website for 15.00 off. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU PLAN ON USING THE COUPON!! He was very unhappy about it and still charged me $40.00 even though it should have been $35. Now as you can see in the pictures clear as day it says any service of $27.99 or over will get you a free car wash. Well I paid $40 and was told it did not apply to me. I am not a coupon fanatic and rarely use them but when they are offered on thier own web site and they are unhappy when you use it the problem is with them. Stay away. I called to see how much a smog was out the door for the following day and was told $50 including the certificate out the door. When we arrived the mechanic was very friendly and was very quick at performing the smog check. After he was done he handed me a bill for $60. I explained to him I had called and the price was $50 with the certificate and he argued so we paid it. The smog came with a full service car wash and got that done as well. They put our car aside and took EVERY regular paying wash first. After waiting over 45 minutes and business finally slowed down they took ours thru the machine. When our car came out all the workers but one started eating their lunches. Finally after waiting forever it was done. Our car still had fly crap all over it but at this point we were pissed. When I finally got it to start all of my dash lights were on! I am currently at an auto shop to see what they could have done?! I'm so mad I took my car there today! Got a smog check for my 2005 Jeep Liberty. It cost $55. The smog check included a $10 car wash. The car wash was very nice, the guys did good job. The people who work here are all very friendly. This place has really gone down hill over the years. Joe needs to come back and run things again because everybody there has just gotten lazy. About the only thing Harry does in the shop is oil changes, if you want anything more significant done to your car he will refuse the work, and yes Ive seen him refuse a customer. The car wash used to be pretty good but the guys that are there now just seem like they are phoning it in. There are much better places to get a car wash, I go here less and less now. read more

This place is a rip-off for smogs. My fiance went there with a 25% discount coupon for a test only smog. They charged him $55 dollars. I called and asked how much it was for a test only smog (while he was there) and they told me it was $43 for the smog and the total would be around $50 (with the smog cert and a free carwash). So, what happend to the 25% off? They said they applied it but I do not know how it would be more expensive than what I was quoted without a coupon....If I could give it no stars, I would read more
