Even listing that the *Windshield nozzle was broken off. Haha. That proved to me that they were good at what they do and looking at everything. After going to Firestone 3 times, with no solution to a intermittent brake light on the dash coming on and then the ESP light, they solved it. Turns out the level was sticking on the brake fluid and I needed a flush. But, they found a bigger problem with bad shocks. I also had almost no oil! WTH? I had just had a complete service 5 months before. Keep in mind that I had been back to Firestone 2 times after. I don't work, so not alot of driving except to pick up donations for Animal Rescue. All local. And local errands. Sharpe was very honest, even with the repair quote. Instead of saying you need to fix it all, they advised what should be done now. They provided a very detailed Diagnostic and actually gave it to me with all the comments. I asked about the next item, brakes, and they gave me a full quote and breakdown. *By the way, ordered 2 new Windshield fluid nozzles. They said pop by will install them. No Charge.
